Exceptional warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient with easy access to the water front, train and boat services and the old town district.

La posizione, la struttura, l'accoglienza cordiale, l'acqua in camera e offerta anche alla partenza, ma soprattutto l'aperitivo trovato nella hall con pezzi di focaccia e succo di frutta: che pensiero gentile! Letto comodissimo, lavandino un po' piccolo.

Abbiamo segnalato che le prese non hanno funzionato perfettamente nella ricarica dei cellulari.

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, emplacement idéal en bord de mer avec parking privatif. Un excellent petit déjeuner copieux. L’apéritif offert le soir lors de notre arrivée, un attention trop rare.

Chambres mal insonorisées, on a entendu les voisins s’amuser le soir venu…

Es war grosser Markt und die Zufahrt zum Hotel versperrt. Leider wurde das im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert. Aber die Receptionistin hat unseren Ärger sehr gut abgefangen und alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Einlandung zum kostenlosen Aperitiv liess uns den ersten Ärger schnell verschwinden. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, gerade an der Peripherie der Altstadt. Zimmer mit Meerblick, wunderbar! - Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war jetzt im Winter ausgezeichnet, eher sehr günstig, da wir noch das Frühstück inklusive hatten.

Wie schon in der Laudatio erwähnt, war der Zimmerpreis wirklich günstig und wenn auch das Frühstück etwas "schmal" ausgefallen ist, hat uns der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr sehr gefallen.

Location was excellent. Staff were amazing to deal with. The property was in a very good condition. The room was clean and had everything that I've needed. The WIFI was very strong and overall, the whole stay was memorable.

Location, very helpful staff

When we arrived we were greeted by a very helpful host who guided us to the parking place in front of the hotel. The host took extra care to see that we had a smooth check in. He also gave use a lot of useful information regarding food and things to do. We booked a room with a balcony and view of the sea and it was wonderful. In addition to this, the room had double doors that opened to a rooftop terrace with table and chairs. What a great bonus! We had coffee there in the morning and wine in the evening. The breakfast was wonderful. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We will always remember our wonderful stay in Rapallo at Hotel Astoria.
