Big bed (1.80m) in a comfortable room, with a nice and clean bathroom. We had a calm night there.

We were not sure how safe it is to stay in guayaquil because every local tells you that there are many dangerous places. We dont know wheter this is true.

Spacious room, clean, air conditioning, good wifi, comfortable bed, television,helpful staff, public transportation near by, and walking distance to some popular attractions and a short cab ride to the bus terminal (approximately $5 to get there). It seemed to be a good value for Guayaquil.

The neighborhood wasn't the prettiest but I never felt insecure about walking around.

Such good value for hotel like quality. They stored our luggage securely for free while we went to the Galapagos! No English spoken, but staff were very helpful, offering to organise taxis etc.

Although we had a language barrier due to us not speaking Spanish which is my fault for traveling to a Spanish speaking country and not knowing Spanish, the stay was incredibly friendly and tried their hardest to help us with whatever we needed.

They had the spray gun to use in the bathroom which is great but it would have been nice to have toilet paper just to dry yourself off after.

Place looks good. It’s ok for a short trip. People at reception very kind and helpful. If you don’t want any noise you can ask for a quite room. Comfortable bed but with a funny smell, nice warm water shower. Restaurants are 3 or 4 blocks away, not safe to walk at night but you can always get deliveries. Great value for the price.

The mattress had a funny smell and the aircon was directly blowing on my bed which is uncomfortable for me.

during the second night of our stay there was a lot of noise in the evening from the air conditioning of the room next door, which was located right next to our window and made it impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. we informed the staff and after almost 1 hour they were able to contact the other guests and asked them to turn off the AC, after which the noise was gone. however, a few hours later at 4 am, the neighbors switched on the AC again, waking us up and making it impossible to be in our room (105) due to the noise. we called with the reception several times but it took one hour in the middle of the night to be relocated to another room where the noise was still audible but low enough to sleep.

Place is in a bad area of downtown! Had friends refuse to hang out with me and caution me of the area due to the location. Front desk staff was very unprofessional upon check in! Bed was nice thats all i can say
