Overall experience was wonderful. I do recommend having more cleaning supplies and dish towels. There was only 1 dish towel and nothing to wipe down anything with. Also there was a broom but no dust pan.

This condo is just as beautiful and functional as it looks. The location is perfect. We can’t recommend it enough!

The property was so beautiful that my brother-in-law began to cry when we entered it.. Just to see the sunrise and sunset on the water was amazing. My siblings, who are in their 60"s had never been to Florida or Alabama before. It was my pleasure to treat them. The only problem was that we ran out of toilet paper and the desk would not give us any. They told us to call the owner. I would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful condo with plenty of space. The pools were awesome and very kid friendly. Will definitely stay at this property again.

We stayed with extended family and really enjoyed this property. Everything was very clean. Kids loved the lazy river and slide. Workout room was nice. We even had a small issue with HVAC and management was very quick to respond. Had a lovely time at this property. Great location too!

Unit 305 is awesome, and the resort-style amenities of the complex are remarkable. We do a family vacation every year, and have never gone to the same place twice. Next year, however, will be the exception. We're already booked for POB II 305, Sept 2023...can't wait. And next year there will be 14!

We had a wonderful time at this property for our fall break. We had two families of 5 and there was plenty of sleeping space. The house was clean and well stocked. May sound silly, but with 10 people in the house - they had plenty of silverware. So often we have one meal and no utensils left - not here. There is a keurig and a coffee maker. Lots of storage and seating. We also loved the ease of coming inside from the parking garage. Great views of the beach. We would come here again.

We wish there would have been a little more available in regards to toilet paper, hand soap, etc, but we figured it out. I will definitely recommend this property! We arrived around 5 they were still cleaning. However they finished up quickly. Beautiful condo as described We really couldn’t have asked for more. Let me start of by saying the decorations and the space in this condo were wonderful! The rooms were large in size - everything is so new and pretty! The view is beautiful - and parking on the same level was a breeze! I would say the condo was stocked very well! The not so good - the condo was extremely dirty when we arrived, well after our check in time! It was like someone came in for about 5 minutes of cleaning and left. Sand still in the beds, dishwasher had dirty dishes, showers filthy, trash left in the condo, and more!! After a long trip we were ready to get settled which couldn’t happen in a place so dirty!! I tried several times to cal the management company with zero response. Because of course with a 4:30 check-in time and the office closed at 5:00 no way you would get someone on the phone. I then had to spend the next hour on the phone with VRBO because that was the only person I could finally talk to and they were able to finally reach someone in the management company to address the condo. The did send another cleaning crew at 9:00 at night, which we appreciated but at that point everyone was exhausted from the day! Very disappointing! The remainder of the time in the condo was fine. A note about the property - the boardwalk to the beach is much further than places we have stayed at in the past and they set up a ton of chairs in front of the condo so if you bring your own chairs like we did be ready to fight for a spot!! Overall the property was nice, but I am not sure after the check-in experience and not being able to reach anyone with an after hours number I would bring my family back!

This property was perfect for us as a family. Plenty of space to be together and space for privacy. Location met the needs of all of our ages. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean.
