What a great little place!! We went to visit family and this place was perfect!! A little away from all the hype of rally, and close enough to enjoy it all at the same time! The house was perfect! It had everything you could need, and was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The bed was pretty comfy, and my grandaughter found sleeping on the air mattress so much fun!! (It did lose some air overnight, but we didn’t have it plugged in and maybe that was why). Ryan was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any communication (he even let us check in a little early cause our arrival was earlier than expected). Thank you Ryan for sharing your space with us!! We will definitely be back!!

This was a great final stop after a 1400 mile road trip to deliver a car to my dad. We had been camping for days and the comfort and amenities in this apartment were just what the doctor ordered. My stay was short but I would definitely rent here again as I love the walkability to the main drag in Spearfish. I can’t say enough about the kindness and consideration of Ryan who helped locate a lost key fob and return it to my father after I had already flown away. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Spearfish. It’s close enough to all the main attractions of the Black Hills, but also far enough away from all the tourists. The property was clean and as advertised. Can’t wait to come back!

This apartment is super comfortable, clean and well kept up. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, and the location is ideal! Perfect spot to do any number of things in the Black Hills, namely Spearfish Canyon or visiting Devils Tower.

Cozy!
Very cozy (small) apartment. Max of two people. There was a gray, scrunched up wash cloth on the shower caddie when I checked out the shower- eeew! The toilet would randomly add water? And when you flushed, water kept coming in til you jiggled the handle. Extra sheets and blankets were stored under the bed! Well stocked kitchen.

Getaway with my grandchildren
The open layout and bright apartment lended itself well to my purpose of spending one on one time with my grandchildren! They loved the air bed and had great fun with the puzzles we found in the closet,. We were close to the park and fish hatchery, and walked around the neighborhood a little one warm morning.

Trip to Black Hills ending with buffalo roundup
First time using VRBO. Ryan helped me through process. Property fit all of my needs. Stayed 2 nights. If would have stayed longer, would have wanted a dresser for clothes and easier access to closet- lots of stuff stored on floor. I totally enjoyed stay

First time to Spearfish
This was a great property in Spearfish. We were in town for a wedding, and made a long weekend out of it. The unit is only about a 10 minute walk to downtown Spearfish where there are breweries and restaurants, there are also mountain bike trails about .5 miles from the unit which was a huge plus. The unit it self was clean, prepared for our stay, and equipped for small meals. Any more than two people would likely feel crowded. We enjoyed our stay very much!
