The hotel was beautiful and it's location was next world amazing.

The bed in my room was horrible. The breakfast was scheduled at 0730 (and it should have accounted for people who have to be at the airport early), meaning that they should have had an early breakfast. Parking was horrible.

This hotel has a real Italian flair (half board dinner: Appetizers, first course, second course and dessert; 2-4 options). Thanks again to all the hotel staff and kitchen (the food is excellent!!!). The lifeguards very helpful and vigilant. The hotel beach with its umbrellas and chairs gives you the relaxation, especially with enough space between the umbrellas and the alertness of the lifeguards regarding the beach vendors.

The only minor point was the coordination of cleaning the room with the new staff. We initially did not have a card indicating that we did not want to be disturbed. Little tip: the reservation desk has extra cards.

The location is outstanding and the hotel grounds are wonderful. The pool is the highlight of the hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

No dinner reservations available for months in advance. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but not outstanding. The AC in the rooms was barely sufficient. The poolside experience is the star of this location.

perfect location

We had a deluxe room overlooking the beach club and the sea. The view was superb. The room was large and comfortable with a very large deck. Just a short walk down to the beach club and beach where there were deck chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels were provided daily. The sea was clear and calm - perfect for swimming. Hotel staff were very friendly. We chose the breakfast and dinner option and we were impressed by the quality of the food. We went to several restaurants on the island but dinners at the hotel were easily the best.

Having to leave was sad.

The staff at reception was extremely nice and helpful and so were the bodyguards at the beach. The facilities are a bit old but well kept and very clean. Room is comfortable. We had a stunning view to the beach from our balcony. Amazing swimming pool and private beach.

Unfortunately, staff at breakfast is not the nicest and the service could be better. Also, didn't like the fact that they serve you extremely small portions/plates and when you request a bigger (or normal...) portion they repeatedly ask "More?" making you feel slightly uncomfortable. If you go for breakfast after 8.30 staff simply can't cope with requests. Also, a five star hotel should have a kettle and water bottles available in the room (free of charge). The only thing we didn't like about the room was the shower with intermittent hot water.

The location is amazing and it is very clean. Towels are changed twice a day. The staff is generally very polite and they always try to accommodate your requests. The food is very good at the restaurants.

The bathroom was too small and the door of the shawer does not close properly, therefore, all the water goes on the floor. The light in the room is not so much. The service of the restaurant is a bit too slow and there is not too much attention at the details such as providing the necessary cuttlery when plates are served. I reccomand to not eat at the bar of the pool as there is no fresh food and it is quite pricy for the quality of the food served. Sometimes we also had to attend some arguments among the staff... A bit unprofessional... The service of the beach was not explained well and we did not understand if it was the case to reserve the umbrella or not. Unless you stricly want to reserve the first or second line, there is really no need to reserve your place at the beach.

Great position, friendly personal (not all), tasty gourmet dinner, beautiful beach.. Don’t miss a hike to the Lighthouse and climb up on some of that huge rock “formations”

Some parts of the hotel need renovation. The smoker guests sit just front of the hotel entrance..
