Only thing missing in our condo was beach towels everything else was there close to shopping restaurants and beach across the street

We absolutely loved our time at Sea-renity! The condo was clean and well stocked. The property was beautiful and gave a resort feel. We will be back!

Me and my family went down for Christmas. Room was like expected, but everything was closed down on the property. But in all it was a great stay.

Baseboards and walls were filthy and definitely could have been cleaned before arrival but overall it was a nice place.

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful condo. Nice area with great services. Easy access to beach. Fun stuff to do all around. Walmart across the street for supplies. Hosts are wonderful.

Beautiful condo. Extremely clean. Check in was difficult due to rude clerks at front desk. Beautiful ocean front view. Very quiet in room. Furnished beautifully with everything you need. Very equiped kitchen with plenty dishes and cookware. Can't say enough about the quality of the room, just that the walk from parking to the room was seriouly understated. It took at least 15 minutes to get from the parking deck to the room. Carrying groceries and luggage was dreadful. No doubt, the condo itself was picture perfect!!!

Condo was great- clean, comfortable. Views were excellent! Very convenient to everything- beach, restaurants, activities for families, Walmart. Loved all the pools, amenities of the resort. Pullout couch wasn’t super comfortable but what pullout couch is comfortable?!?!

We enjoyed our stay once again. Everything was convenient and we are looking forward to staying there again. Very clean, spacious pleasant community !

The grounds itself has several food and drink options. You are also walking distance to anything else you need and even fun things to do with the kids. Having the pools scattered throughout the grounds made it nice to explore and choose how many people you wanted to be around. The elevators were quick, even with how many floors there are, you didn’t spent a lot of time waiting. We loved the views and how quiet the rooms were.

08/19/22-08/21/22 We are from Birmingham, Alabama. We had no issues with Evolve or payment either. It was my man, our 2 boys (10 and 4 years old), and myself. Tina and Donald’s condo is very clean and beautiful. I have nothing negative to say as it met all our needs and was so nice! The 17th floor is really high so if you don’t love heights this might be too much. But you can see everything across the whole city! Beach side and city side. It is beautiful. *You have to give your license to the front desk to get a luggage cart. The condo itself feels so homey and comfortable. My man is pretty hard to impress and he loves the place. My boys kept saying it felt like home. The master bed was very comfortable and all beds were clean. The appliances were very nice. Laketown Wharf pools and splash pad were great. The elevators were not terrible and we didn’t have to wait very long, like others said. We would stay again in this condo for sure. And we would stay at Laketown Wharf again, also. The only negative about the elevator situation (walking to and from the room/parking deck) was very long. You have to get on this one to go up and then go over to the other side of the building and get on this one and go up. Then walk all the way down the balcony hallway to your room. The elevators were very fast (up and down) as well. It made our stomachs jump. Lol It really didn’t matter if you chose North/South parking deck- it was about the same walk. The only elevator that had any issue is South Garage as it would not go to Level 3 of parking deck. (Parking deck is not attached to condo building.) Have to go up outside stairs and walk to the next set of elevators. It is a lot of walking, but my 4 year old managed all of it each day. Even going down and walking over across the street to the beach. I normally like to stay right on the beach but this wasn’t much difference honestly. *Traffic here has always been wild so be mindful about paying attention with your kids here. They come around that curve and they do not expect that cross walk (especially if they have never been to PCB or only once.) Many of us that have been our entire lives know to stop and watch for each cross walk (because there has been several deaths.) We witnessed 2 wrecks here during our stay. All in all, my kids love it here and the bunk beds! We love all the amenities of The Wharf. The pools are gorgeous. The location is great.

My family and I had a wonderful stay, it was the perfect home away from home stocked with everything you need. Oh, and the beds are a dream in themselves. I’ve never been on a vacation where I didn’t feel like I was running around everywhere the whole time. Searinity is in the perfect location, we only moved our vehicle one time and that was to take our kids to the Ferris wheel and ice cream. By far our favorite vacation thus far.

I loved the condo Tina was very helpful and the view was gorgeous. The only thing was the elevators we almost had to wait close to 1 hour for one. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay....

The Wharf is a great place to stay! There’s restaurants at the ground level and many pools! It’s right across the street from pineapple Willy’s and the beach which is great. The elevators were awfully slow but they will be doing maintenance in the fall so once that’s done this place will be perfect!

This condo is centrally located right in the heart of PCB. Magnificent balcony view. Felt like “home” away from home. Very clean, spacious, and accommodating. Tina was a gracious host helping to secure our check in and making the process seamless. Also, made herself available to us if we needed anything. I would stay in this condo again! The condo was spacious, clean, and beautiful! We had a wonderful trip!

The only problem we had was checking in an getting our arm bands. The lines were long but, that was the only problem. The owner was absolutely wonderful. I got there and couldn't not find the email with the code to the door. I texted the owner they texted the code we got in and she text back to make sure we was in. The condo was clean and the views were awesome. I WILL BOOK AGAIN!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up adding an extra night to our Vacation. Beautiful views, very nice, cozy & clean condo. Felt like our home away from home. Mrs. Smith was very pleasant to work with. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We will definitely be back!

Stayed for a couple nights after Christmas. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The welcome bag and starter toiletries greatly appreciated as well. Our teenage daughter appreciated the curtains to close off the bunk room - total blackout for sleeping in 😂. Beds were comfy, view was excellent. If there was any complaint it was just the slowness of elevators, but seems to go with the territory at condos these days!

What a great place it was everything we expected. For our girl's trip everything was there that we needed. Nice and clean. Host answer in a timely fashion. You won't be disappointed ❤

The house made me feel like home I love everything about it

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, clean and the bedding was awesome. Tina was very communicative and left us a nice welcome gift and starter toiletries that allowed us to relax on our first night. The washer and dryer and extra beach towels were a huge plus also. The view from the balcony is stunning! The beach and pools were busy, but the six of us never felt crowded. There are lots of fun things to do within walking distance, but we rented a golf cart to explore further. I highly recommend it! Thank you Tina and Donald for being wonderful hosts!

I couldn't have chosen a better last minute spot for our family vacation. I cannot believe it wasn't reserved already. The pictures online are beautiful but you will be more impressed in person. The condo is spacious, has an ocean view and is in short walking distance of pineapple Willie's and the beach! If you don't want to leave the property they have 5 different pools for you to choose from! Tina and her husband had a cute welcome bag with thoughtful touches and provided quality necessities as a starter pack. Also, It was so CLEAN! That's important with a beach property because I dont like feeling sand everywhere. The beds are comfy, utensils all provided, washer/dryer, spacious balcony, decorated beautifully, etc. If you haven't booked by the end of my review what are you waiting for? Lol Thank you Tina!!

be careful with the police, and you need to do the job as a house keeper, you need to wash the dishes, wash clothes, clean the fridge and not use the sheets or the sofa bed.

I am usually a complete snob when it comes to staying at hotels/resorts, and I will say this condo exceeded every expectation. The view was amazing, the condo was very clean and beautifully decorated, the beds were so comfortable, tons of amenities on site and in close proximity to everything PCB has to offer! Tina and Don were great host, even had a Welcome gift on the counter that came in handy for our trips to the beach! Easily a Five star stay and will be back!

Everything was just perfect, the condo was even more beautiful and clean as the photos. Tina the owner was very friendly and so helpful. We had amazing views the beach and the lake.
