great breakfast & beautiful property. wish I could have stayed longer

Sea view. Room brand new. Bathroom. Parking.

Windows very dirty. Ugly warehouse before the balcony (with rusted plate MARC just in front of the sea view). Man at the front desk not very pleasant. Work not finished (free wire on the balcony...)

Extremely comfortable for the price, situated next to the beach, within a short walking distance to the old town, close to supermarket, parking and beach sunbeds included, tasty and rich breakfast with good coffee, nice employees especially at the reception and also the housekeeperd. We loved the stay!

The swim cap needed for the swimming pool, that we had to buy.

I just loved the pool side area it was beautiful specially at night time.

Price is little bit high.

in my opinion: - in general, it is not at a level of a 4-star hotel - no wi-fi in the room - forniture fairly outdated - they ask you to wear a plastic bracelet for the entire stay - I might have been overcharged, with a mechanism to get from us the commission that they pay to “Booking.com” (this is just my speculation, though)

Nice hotel in Vieste, walking distance to a private beach. They offered umbrella and chairs included in the room price. Great breakfast buffet with a lot of options, and also the beach restaurant offers really good options for lunch.

We had the room not in the main building, but in a second building that was still unfinished. They were in the room and on the balcony some electric cables not covered. The room doesn't have any mirror except in the bathroom!

Desk staff was able to arrange for us to go on a scenic ferry ride with pickup at the hotel. Liked the proximity to the marina. I liked that the hotel and parking was secure with gate at night.

No choices on breakfast. For example, had to buy their complete buffet but could not buy just a cup of coffee and a pastry. Not within walking distance to any restaurant or the town.

Stayed early in the season. The staff was friendly, partly still being trained on the job. The breakfast on the first morning, were we were the only guest, quite sparse, but improved on the second morning.

We stayed early in the season, easter weekend. The pool was not ready, which was understandable.

Simple good hotel. Good value. Great breakfast. Good bed. Even got a bath gown. It was low season, so we suppose the pool (wonderful) will be very busy in high season. Excellent shower. Close to the beach.

Safe did not work. No instructions in English. No wifi!

The hotel is nicely appointed, the rooms are nice and the breakfast was very nice. we had some issues with our room, and Lisa was very helpful in getting the problems resolved (though we wished she wore a mask when coming to our room, which, though no longer required, makes us feel safer).

Though somewhat convenient to the main part of town, and very near the beach, it was a fairly long walk to town for restaurants and night time activities. But that was just personal preference.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close to beaches, close to Marina, close to the old town and close to the bus station. Breakfast had a good variety of foods and the staff serving were super.

A few staff could have been more friendly and helpful although most of the staff were very good. Since there is no way to make coffee in your room, perhaps having a self serve coffee centre could be a great option. Air conditioning wasn't working during our stay and it was a warm week.

Lovely surroundings with lots of trees and a bit out of the way. Parking facilities for free. Good value for money due to booking discount. The staff were very helpful, especially suggesting and alternative route to leave when a local procession was taking place and main road was closed.

A hospitable, clean and well positioned hotel. The staff were very helpful. A restaurant onsite if needed. A lovely beachside promenade to walk to town. All easy!

Swimpool was perfect and the hotel direct connected to the beach with lots of beds.

The staff was kind, they upgraded my room for free given the low season. The room was spacious, with a balcony. The bathroom was very comfortable and new. Breakfast was good. There is free parking on the premise.

It was cold. I had to double the bedspread to keep warm, luckily I was alone and I hadn’t to share the bedspread. It was cold also in the restaurant where I had dinner. Funny enough and never happened to me before they served the main course before the first, allegedly not to keep me waiting….

Very nice combination of beach, pool, and city. Perfect with young kids; although it's a bit of a walk to the centre and beach.
