Very nice carriage house close to downtown fun.

Great place! Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Close to everything!! Traci was very helpful and Molly and Jet were so welcoming when we got there. Our puppy Boda had a great time playing with Jet and chasing every squirrel in the yard. We can’t wait to stay there again!

It’s beautifully decorated….looks professionally done…and it’s in an older neighborhood close to all of the downtown festivities. She provided everything anyone could need for a perfect stay! WILL definitely stay here again!

Traci was exceptionally communicative. Description & Pictures SPOT ON. Easy walking to downtown shopping, sights, restaurants, breweries, distilleries, etc. OR a 2 minute drive & then explore. SO close to everything, yet just outside enough to be quiet. It was PERFECT. Would stay again and again if we ever went through or back to Paducah! We voted this the BEST of all the places we've stayed so far in the past 5 years!

The place was beautifully appointed. It had everything anyone would have wanted to cook a meal or simply relax. It was cold and snowy so the garage was a huge plus. Hostess was wonderful. Thanks

We had a comfortable stay at this quaint place within walking distance to historical downtown Paducah.

Everything you need and more! This welcoming cottage is centrally located to museums, shops and restaurants. Convenient setting with a garage, garden seating, and laundry room.

Just like a studio apartment. Very nicely upgraded and clean. The owner seriously thought of you might need. Nice and private with own garage door opener. Only thing I would change is the mattress. Just a little too much memory foam. Might be great for back sleepers but for stomach sleepers like me it was a bit uncomfortable. But not something that would deter me from staying there again.

Traci was a wonderful and communicative host during my weekend visit to Paducah. The accommodations were top notch with a lot of little special touches to make you feel at home or better!

The house was even better in person, definitely AWESOME!!! However there was a alley cat around the house and I was accused of bringing a cat and she said that she did appreciate me having the windows open with the heat on/ and she didn’t appreciate being taken advantage of!!! Without asking me a thing first!!! It was not my cat!!! Easy fix, and I like to keep it cool so I keep the windows open even when it’s chilly, sometimes!!! I paid 125 a night, I will keep the windows open the entire time if I choose!!! And she wanted 100 more bucks for the cat, once again…not my cat!!! I came there by myself!!! Bottom line is she accused me of taking advantage of her!!! And I felt like I was being watched!!! However the place was REALLY AWESOME

Met our needs perfectly! The bed was super soft and comfy! Nice, quiet neighborhood. The place is clean and thoughtfully decorated. We would definitely stay again!

The place was pretty nice, however we seemed a little pressured by the host. When we first arrived she assured me i had only told her two people were staying even though I had specifically said 4 and she repeated that over and over. She was very pushy with alcohol that she had at the property even though we told her plenty of times we didn’t drink and that one of us was pregnant. The garage área is very uncomfortable for a car. My car got pretty scratched from going in and out of it. Overall we wouldn’t come back only because we weren’t comfortable enough.

The boyfriend, dog, and I stayed here for two nights on our road trip. The space is like a studio apartment with a full kitchen which was nice. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was also a garage available to park in which was great to store our vehicle. The location was perfect for us, walkable to the riverfront and downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. We travel a lot for pleasure and work and this was a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
