We had a wonderful time at our stay here on the Isle of Palms! The house comes with a lot of the necessities, including towels, boogie board, cooler, some pop-up tents! It made going to the beach a breeze. We were able to rent a golf cart and get around the Isle of Palm in downtown was a short car ride away! There was plenty of space for all of us adults. The beds upstairs Could use a mattress pad as they were a little bit stiff. But the other beds were very comfortable! The check in and check out process were made simple and the front desk is extremely kind. We had no problems during our stay! Thank you!

The house was clean, well equipped, close to beach and plenty of space for our 10 member family, loved the big front porch. The beds were more firm then we’d prefer but it was a great stay. We used the $250 credit from Carroll Realty to rent bikes which were a lot of fun.

This was the 2-year death anniversary of my daughter and my family got together for a gravesite memorial and to reveal her and my dad's headstones. It was an emotional weekend but I was glad to have my family there. The accommodations were very comfortable for us. We traveled from Georgia, New York and Dallas and were glad to have a clean, roomy, comfortable stay.
I would love to stay here the next time we all are in town.

This is a beautiful House! We all enjoyed our stay! Each room was very nice and spacious with large bathrooms. The house was very child friendly and well equipped.

Property was large and great location for our group. Exactly as listed and pool was wonderful with warm September weather. Check in process wasn’t a problem, but just a little annoying to have to go to another location to pick up and drop off keys since auto key pads are so easy these days. Would still stay again!

Check in process easy. Nice house & great location. Cleanliness is questionable because the floors were very dirty. Communication & resolution with the realty company was prompt. However, not too long after septic tank was full so had to deal with terrible smell while in pool. This was probably a fluke & bad timing so I can’t overall say it was a bad experience.

Just cross the street and you are there. We also loved the pool, which was clean. It was a short drive to the grocery store and lots of good restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

We greatly appreciated Mike, the property manager, for helping us with s septic tank issue ASAP. Overall, the property did not meet expectations based upon the rental fee.
