The condo is beautiful. First floor walkout to the lake shore, swimming off the dock and boarding your rental boat. The Ritters genuinely want you to have the best time. They go above and beyond to provide resources suggesting activities, restaurants and attractions and more. All TV 's are loaded with multiple streaming services to relax at night with a movie. Kitchen has everything you need and even had some snacks waiting for us when we arrived. We hope to come back next year! Thank you!

This is our family’s fourth stay at Matt Ritter’s beautiful condo on Smith Mountain Lake. The accommodations have always been outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch area for entertaining friends from out of town. The weather was absolutely beautiful this year. We also enjoy the many shopping and dining options available in the area. We highly recommend this vacation spot for anyone wanting to unwind and relax.

We loved our stay at Get to the Pointe! It had plenty of space for our family of 4. The unit was clean, well decorated and the view was amazing. We loved using the patio for relaxing as we looked out at the water. The building and the docks were well maintained as well as the landscaping. We enjoyed swimming and other water activities off the docks which had a beautiful mountain view. Everyone there was very friendly. We would definitely come back again!

The condo was perfect for a family vacation. The view was awesome and the space was very cozy.

This flat is right IB the lake, with a wonderful view of the lake through the large sitting room windows. There is a dock you can swim off and the owners have life jackets and inflatables. The owners are extremely responsive with questions about the flat.

The property is very clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of the lake. We were traveling with an elderly relative and access to the condo was no issue. The owner was friendly and very responsive to any questions I had. Overall a pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The moment we walked in to Matt’s condo, we were welcomed by beautiful scenery of the water & the tree lines from the mountain. We could not help but saying “wow.” The interior was not only well decorated but the amenities like coffee, tea, pots & pans, down to spoons were well stocked. The communication was smooth and everything was as described & advertised. We would love to revisit in the near future!

The condo was spectacular. It is right on the lake. Checking in was easy. We were near some great attractions. We will definitely come back.

Every time we thought of something we needed, you search and found it. Even though the weather didn't cooperate one day we found it relaxing to sit out on the patio. Rented a boat for a day to explore the lake. We've been at SML years ago but this is the first time we rented on the lake and we will definitely do it again.

We loved this property! And even that is an understatement! Everything was perfect! We can’t wait to go back! Floating off of the dock was the perfect way to spend the day. The ice cream boat came by and we had ice cream while floating! The views are amazing and the condo is unbelievably comfortable. High quality linens and comfortable beds. We were ready to move in! This was our first time at Smith Mountain Lake and we could not have asked for a more perfect getaway. The hosts were super helpful and quickly answered all of my questions. The condo was beautiful, spotless, very comfortable and the location was exactly what we were looking for. We used the floating docks every day and loved having a cocktail on the patio before leaving for dinner each evening. You definitely have to drive wherever you go, but nothing was too far. Had a great stay and will definitely be back!

When our usual place was unavailable due to sale, we found Matt’s place and were still able to be near my parents place. It was clean and open and has one of the best views on the lake!
