Cute and comfortable. Went to sleeping bear dunes. Enjoyed down town traverse city.

My husband, son, and I spent two weeks here and loved the ample space and location! The separation between the bedrooms and living space made it easy for us to work remotely while my son entertained company. Would definitely stay here again!

this place was in a great location and had more than enough space for our group. We enjoyed the balcony and the easy walk to shops and restaurants.

The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to downtown, yet far enough to be away from the crowds for relaxing nights on the porch. With a burger joint down the corner, a brewery with Mexican food across the street, and a party store downstairs, it was great. Very clean too! Thomas was very responsive and extremely accommodating to our needs. We'd definitely stay again.

Our stay was perfect. The condo was up to date and well furnished. Location was perfect and very walkable with lots of eateries and stores right there. The owners were very helpful and answered any questions we had. The outdoor deck space was top notch. We would definitely rent here again.

This is a newer property with some great upgrades. For our purposes it was in a great location, just off the downtown of Traverse City. Would definitely recommend this property.

This condo was everything we were looking for during our recent trip to Traverse City! It is updated, clean and centrally located.

Tom was just the best one could expect. His warm positive demeanor was so welcoming.
As for the property it’s a10+. Cannot say enough about it’s modern super clean atmosphere and quality of work. You will find so many small thoughtful extras they have taken the time to provide.. Wish all our experiences while traveling could be so wonderful.

This property did not disappoint. Thanks Tom and Jennifer. Location was idea for our ventures to Empire Bluff Trail, Sleeping Bear Dunes Lakeshore, Leland and Sutton's Point as well as so close to downtown TC restaurants. Also, a very nice neighborhood to take our pup on short walks.

My husband and I stayed with another couple for a birthday getaway. The condo was clean and within walking distance to the lake and other places we wanted to see. Definitely would love to come back and stay again.

Had a great experience here. My family was immediately comfortable in the clean, spacious place. We had everything we needed (perks being the outdoor space and two bathrooms) and the location was great for our excursions in the area, to Sleeping Bear and the peninsulas. Would definitely return!

We found this property to be clean and spacious. It is a relatively new build, so everything is fresh and airy. There were lots of nice little touches that made it very homy. The balcony is a nice place to unwind in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back the next time we are in Traverse City!

The unit is in a great location. Easy walk to town and shoreline. It was very clean and just as described. More than enough room for 4 of us and our dog. There are 2 sets of stairs to climb up but they really aren’t a big deal. You would never know that other dogs have stayed there. Really a nice place. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect Location for a Traverse City Getaway
This beautiful condo is perfectly located on Front Street. Near shops, restaurants, and the TART trail. The condo has everything you need for a weekend, week or longer stay.

Clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. Kitchen stocked very well, as were all the bathrooms. Not one complaint to share.

Great location and extremely clean!
This VRBO experience was excellent. Great location to get to town (5 mins by car) or up to Suttons Bay. Local party story, burger joint, hardware store and coffee shop. All within a few hundred yards of the apartment. Never heard anything below us (party store). The neighborhood was perfect for walks in the morning with our dog. RECOMMENDED!

This condo was wonderful! A great location that wasn’t too far from the hustle and bustle of Front Street. The beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. The balcony was a great place for coffee and also chilling out at the end of the day.

We met Tom and Jennifer and they were so kind to us and our dog, it was really great to have that personal connection. Really enjoyed our long weekend getaway. This upstairs condo is located above the Westside Beverage store in Traverse City which was super convenient and Tom was so friendly! I was worried that there would be a lot of noise but we didn't hear anything from downstairs. We had a great trip and will plan to come back again!

Spent the weekend with family. Condo was excellent. Easy walk to downtown. Close drive to wineries. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Traverse City. Only negative is you have to haul your luggage and stuff up two flights of stairs.
