Very clean,comfortable beds,very private

Absolutely perfect from start to finish - could nestle in for the entire stay or a quick 8 minute trip to be in town or on the trails!

I would give the Whitfield Hideaway an 11 out of 5 stars!!! It was exactly what was explained and more. The beds were sooooo comfortable and it was a home away from home. Perfect for family outings!!!

The place was very clean and decorated nice. The handmade soaps and lotions are amazing. Don’t forget to get some homemade jam from her. Definitely will be back

This rental was absolutely amazing. Quiet neighborhood and felt very secluded. The owners have thought of everything! The house was extremely cozy and the beds were sooo comfortable. We will defiantly be back!!

The stay was wonderful. The homemade jam that was left was delicious. So delicious that we bought up all the jam that was left for sale. Enjoyed watching the deer in the mornings. Overall a really great place. We plan on booking again when we go to visit our daughter at WCU.

I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of check-in. As a group of 6 the set up of the bedrooms was optimal. The common space was plentiful and worked perfectly for 6 people to eat and lounge around. No issues with cleanliness. We were overall very pleased with our stay and would stay again!

Perfect home away from home! Everything you would ever need in a vacation rental has been thought of by the owners. Home is exactly as described & so comfy. Loved everything about it! Secluded but not far away from stores & restaurants. Hope to make it back again soon for a perfect getaway!

This house is AMAZING. The renters thought of every detail to make your stay as welcome as possible! From the sheets, to the bathrooms, and even the cute gesture for welcoming the guests! I definitely look forward to staying again if I’m ever in the area

Gorgeous home that is the perfect balance of seclusion and privacy and just a few minutes drive to town. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the mornings and evenings. The porch was a big hit with my young adults. The shower in master is absolutely heavenly! Beds were comfy and the little touches around the house made it feel homey instead of like a typical vacation rental home. We were able to get Walmart, pizza and door dash deliveries to the house as well so that was a big plus for us as we were on a time constraint. Jeannie went above and beyond for us and was so personable and a joy to talk with! I wish all vacation rental owners were like her!!!

This is our 2nd year one back to this wonderful place to stay in Franklin. We love this place!!! This place is perfect, it has everything you need and want and close to a lot of stores and everything you want to do in the mountains! Jeannie is amazing and if you need her she is very responsive. Also her products are amazing. I’m obsessed with her homemade soaps and creams. Helped me with allergies from products I used to use. Try them you’ll love them too!!! It was such a wonderful trip! I miss it already, and we just left 8 hours ago and I want to go back.

Had an amazing time at the cabin! Owners had paid special attention to every inch of detail and everything was perfect! Very very comfortable cabin and I dont think I've had such a great stay in a long long time.

I travel a lot and try to book rental homes whenever possible instead of motels for comfort and security reasons. This is the nicest home I've ever had the opportunity to stay at. Immaculate and extremely comfortable, there were many thoughtful touches that made our stay above and beyond the norm. I can't even think of a thing to suggest in the way of improvement. Thank you for everything and for working with us, I certainly intend to return. And btw, the jam is wonderful!

We enjoyed a pleasant 3-night stay at the Whitfield getaway. The accommodations had all we needed for our visit. Beautifully secluded but just minutes from shopping, groceries and the attractions of downtown Franklin. Couldn't have asked for a better property.

It was awesome and we loved it

Really enjoyed our time. The place was clean, had everything a kitchen would need for Thanksgiving for a large gathering, easy access off the main road, decorated for the holiday and owner even had stockings with our names in them. And great communication and everything was labeled!!!

Personal touches, comfortable beds, basic pantry items, good layout - just for starters. We have stayed at dozens of cabins in NC over the years and by far this one was the most homey and welcoming. 10/10 recommend and we hope we have a reason to make it back to the area to stay again!

The house was beautiful and it looks just like the pictures showing on the listing we had a great time. The owners were very helpful and quick with communication. We would definitely come back and stay again. The homemade jam that was left for us as a welcoming gift was absolutely delicious.

The whole experience was fantastic. Property is extremely clean and well maintained. The hosts were nice and welcoming, and communicate clearly. Love the location, tucked up on a hill. Gorgeous. We will definitely be back.

We needed to stay in Franklin just a couple of nights but really didn't want to stay in a motel. This was perfect. So clean and cute. Not far out of town. Had everything we needed there and more. Even though it wasn't cool enough to use the gas fire table on the porch it was a very nice touch. We loved sitting on the porch evenings and early mornings watching the deer.

Staying here with my family was the most amazing experience. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and cozy! And every detail possible was thought of in making the guests feel at home away from home. I would recommend this cozy bear themed delight above any and everything else Around

We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated and super clean property. You can tell the owners really care about what they do from the personalized card and home made jam, home made soap, ice packs and many notes posted everywhere inside the house to make your stay easier. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliances you need. The beds are very comfortable. Jeannie was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions very quickly.
