El hotel estaba muy bien situado y esta muy limpio, las habitaciones están muy bien, la cama muy confortable y los almohadones perfectos

en el almuerzo que fue a la carta y no había mucha variedad, y la comida, por lo menos lo que pedí,no me gusto

We booked this hotel late in the evening as our flight home was cancelled. Got a taxi to the hotel and then joined the queue as they told people they overbooked and there were no rooms. They then insult me the following morning to say my card was rejected, like the other 20 guests they turned away and more were turning up. Disgraceful

This was a last minute booking after canceling an apartment booking that didn’t have air conditioning. So glad we did! This was a great location as a base to explore and having on site covered parking was a plus. The hotel had all the facilities we wanted, great pool, fitness centre, great buffet breakfast and very comfortable spacious room with a balcony. Friendly, helpful staff too. Being close to the airport was convenient and the huge shopping mall across the road was a bonus. Enjoyed our stay here, would stay again.

Surprising quality and range of facilities for such a low-cost hotel. Flexible free airport shuttle. Wonderful rooftop pool!

Surrounding area had nothing to offer for food and drinks other than basic fastfood outlets.

The room was ready early, and quickly changed when we requested a double. Close to shops and restaurants, within walking distance. Check out was allowed upto 1400.

Breakfast was very good apart from 2 days when the standard was a poor. I mentioned to the chef, which made no difference. Had 1 evening meal, no al a carte menu available

Breakfast was exceptional very varied choice to suit all tastes. Evening meal service was good, all meals were delivered punctually and were beautifully prepared. Shuttle from the Airport wasn't running on the day of arrival, however reimbursement from the Hotel was offered on production of receipt ,an excellent gesture.

The reception staff and housekeeping were very nice. The shower had hot water The shuttle to and from the airport The orange juice was great. The easy access to getting a rental car was helpful The pool are was enjoyable to lay out in the sun

The pool was too cold for use. The bar staff were not friendly and wanted to charge 3 EUR to bring up a spoon to the room, after I had a spoon in the room that the maids took down. We were not able to book a car rental for our whole stay through the hotel and I found this to be upsetting. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The bar wouldn’t serve food before 20.00 The location is right next to a shopping mall and not much else. The walls were so thin we got woken up every morning by conversations in the next room. Hotel were not helpful about questions about buses or city questions Most of of amenities were mediocre, not great places to sit down or enjoy. Most rooms were not used like piano bar or salon. Hallways smelled. Room didn’t have a nice view Had to unplug excuse for a tv because it turned on every time we came to the room. Room was outdated and no sitting area.

We stayed only one night on the way to airport. Very good place if you have car. Some persons used shuttle bus to airport which was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. We get even earlier check in. Excellent!

Room very comfortable and clean. Walk in shower provided as requested. Buffet breakfast is very good. Bar prices are very reasonable. Location next to Atlantico is excellent. Shuttle bus a big plus for the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. The use of a pool is also a plus.

A grab rail could be provided for walk in shower for anyone who is unsteady. For an overnight stay the view of the petrol station is ok but for longer stays the sea view would be better.
