Casa Vilano is, without question, the best family beach house we’ve ever stayed at. Ashleigh was amazing to work with & the house is fully stocked with anything a big family may need. The fact that we could brings our dogs & feel welcomed was icing on the cake. Great memories made before my daughter heads to college. We will be back!

Casa Vilano was amazing! Perfect location with every amenity imaginable. Stocked kitchen, perfect fenced yard for our 2 dogs and a beautiful heated pool. The large ice maker was the best perk of all! Great layout for 2 families of 4. Teenagers loved all the streaming options as well. This oasis is the perfect location for a relaxing tropical way to spend spring break with our family and friends.

This home is probably one of the best (if not the best) that we’ve stayed in. Nicely stocked kitchen. The large ice machine in the garage is a fantastic addition, made filling coolers for the beach a breeze. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and bikes there to use. The outside area of the house was awesome, great pool with an area for wading or putting in chairs to cool off. Lots of lounge chairs. The hammock was a nice touch. The views from all the decks was great. Even though it’s not immediately on the ocean, there were plenty of ocean views and was a super short and easy walk across the street. Loved that you are pet friendly! Our dogs enjoyed the yard and beach as much as we did! We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

Casa Vilano was perfect! Ashleigh provided lovely personal touches for our visit--we felt very special. The location is really great, just across from the white sandy beach--it was almost deserted during the weekdays. We surfed on boogie boards every day and fished from the shore. We enjoyed the pool every day as well. The ocean views were great from the 2nd and 3rd floor, so relaxing. The 1st floor suite was perfect for my daughter, her husband and their 11 month old (and their dog). It had a wet bar/fridge with a coffee station right in the room, along with a pack n play for napping. I would consider the kitchen a "cook's kitchen"- great for entertaining. We would book this beautiful property again in a heartbeat!

My family had a Wonderful vacation at Casa Vilano! The accommodations were perfect. Here are some highlights: * The layout of the house was great - Super big bedrooms, large kitchen, dining area, and living room, balconies with comfortable seating including swings (great for enjoying with the grandkids), and much more. * The sun shelf on the pool was perfect for our 2 and 3 year grandkids. They were able to stand and play in the water independently without someone holding them. * The beach was just across the street - a quick and easy walk. * Loved the outdoor shower! After a day of swimming in the pool and ocean, it was SO easy to clean up and wash our hair. We barely used the indoor showers!! * The owner provided lots of extras - water toys, beach towels, bikes (wonderful for riding on the beach), soaps and shampoo, multiple clothes washers and dryers, nugget ice maker, and lots of other amenities. * The owner was VERY responsive. Would love to stay there again!!

This home won’t disappoint. Beautiful home right by the beach! Homes pool is awesome for the little ones, and the big ones! Anything we needed was there at the home. Highly recommend, will definilty be booking again in the future!

Our family of nine has an awesome vacation. The home is large and incredibly designed so that we could be totally on our own or sitting together on porch having a meal together. The beach was almost private. All of us spent time in the pool which was very nice. If you want the very best, choose this home!

My family and I loved staying here! It was perfect for a larger family and we all loved the pool and backyard area! Easy walk to the beach and close to St. Augustine. The house was clean and we loved all the decorative details. My only suggestion would be a more comfortable couch because it is very low and was hard for adults to sit and get comfortable. Other than that, we really enjoyed our week here! Would recommend!

Casa Vilano was the perfect rental house for our family vacation! We stayed during the 4th of July week and you could see the St Augustine fireworks from the top balcony which was amazing! The house was equipped with everything you would need and more, we seriously should have just brought ourselves. The owners even left a fun gift basket with treats for our dogs and sparklers for the 4th of July holiday. Everything was so well thought out, and you can’t beat being right across the street from the beach!

This is truly a home away from Home! It has everything you need for an amazing vacation!

This house is fantastic! It's spacious, clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. Our family of 11 (ages 6 to 60) plus 2 dogs had plenty of space to eat, play, spend time by the pool, go to the beach, and just enjoy time together. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and there were lots of towels-both bathroom and pool. The kitchen and pantry were stocked with lots of utensils, spices, and appliances. The nugget ice machine was definitely amazing! There was nothing we needed that wasn't already there! It felt very relaxing and inviting. We also appreciated that there was a washer and dryer on the first floor as well as on the third floor. The bedroom suite on the first floor was perfect with a wet bar and door to the outside shower and pool area. The pool was wonderful and there's plenty of back yard for playing games. There's a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balconies, and comfortable seating as well. The walk to the beach was very short - the path is right next to the driveway. It's just across A1A, and it's beautiful. It was not at all crowded when we were there (5/11- 5/16/2022). Communication with Ashleigh was excellent from my very first inquiry. She was always prompt, pleasant and polite. I have nothing negative to say about this lovely home - I highly recommend it and can't wait to book it again!

This was the best vacation rental. This spacious beach house, located in a very nice area in Vilano Beach, has absolutely everything you could want: Prime location, great fenced in backyard with a heated pool, steps from the beach, comfortable beds, quality linens, towels galore, every kitchen gadget and appliance you could possibly want, beautiful ocean views, big screen tv's on every floor, giant jet tub, large decks with seating and swing chairs. I thoroughly enjoyed my week and was able to relax and take my dog across the street (barely any traffic in the morning) every day. The beach was perfect-not a lot of people. The back yard was a great way to unwind with the chair and parasol in the pool -plenty of seating -and a hammock attached to two palm trees. There is a bedroom next to the pool with a wet bar which was so convenient-and a nugget ice machine. This house is very tastefully decorated with many personal touches throughout- plenty of beach towels, bathrooms had had make up remover pads, pony tail holders etc(too many to list.) The kitchen was terrific and if you like to cook you will really appreciate it being so well stocked. Everything was so clean. When I had a few questions and called Ashleigh and Jimmy -they were so kind and quick to respond. To add a personal note-when I left I realized that I had left a few items behind and spoke to Ashleigh and Jimmy to see if they could be found. Not only did they say they would look for me-I received everything within a few days. I hope to be a regular at Casa Vilano. A beautifully run, first class beach home!!

The house was very spacious and the owners go over and above..providing everything you need from toilet paper, beach and bath towels, spices, soap, coffee I could go on but the list is endless. The house is private and far enough away from St. Augustine to stay out of the crowd but close enough to drive over the bridge to it. I can't say enough about it. Everything was perfect!

Casa Vilano was amazing! We had the pleasure of calling this home for eight days and it felt just like home. Casa Vilano is so warm and welcoming. Everything you possibly need is right at your fingertips. When we arrived, we were in shock at all the items available to us to make our stay complete. For example, we love to cook our own meals on vacation, and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The table was the perfect size for our family to dine comfortably and accommodating for game nights. We brought our own games, but Ashleigh and Jim have several available as well. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. We thought the beds might be a bit soft compared to our regular mattresses, but they turned out to be just right. There were plenty of towels stocked in the bathrooms and for the beach. The beach was a two-minute walk across the street, and it was very nice to have a direct access path right out the front door. The road to cross (Hwy A1A) is busy, but, with some patience, traffic gaps arrive for a safe transition to the beach. The beach was clean, beautiful and dog friendly. Not too many people either. However, if we did not want to go to the beach, the pool and backyard at Casa Vilano were tremendous. The outdoor furniture was comfortable, and the pool toys were ideal for our 12-year-old granddaughter to enjoy. Casa Vilano is also very accommodating for furry family members. Our dog loved the back yard and walks through the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very safe and pleasant. My family looks forward to another visit to Casa Vilano in the future! By the way, we were a family of six that ranged in ages from 12 to 60 ish! 😊 It was ideal for all of us. We highly recommend Casa Vilano!!

The beach house was wonderful. The ocean was beautiful. The people were so friendly, and the food was delicious. We can’t say enough good things about our week at Vilano Beach and how easy it was to plan through Vrbo. Our owners were also so helpful. As the title says, Best Week Ever!

This house is the most well equipped house I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had absolutely everything you need from dishes, pans, utensils, spices, oils, foils...the list goes on and on. The location is perfect. You can see the ocean from the house easily. Then it is just a short walk across the road to access the beach right by the house. The beach is beautiful. We really liked staying in Vilano Beach. It is close to St. Augestine, but not as busy. The house is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Great porches to relax on and enjoy the ocean view. The pool area is great. We loved that we could heat the pool! This house has everything you want in a beach home. The host was great with communication and we appreciated the welcome gifts which were such a thoughtful touch. Trust me you will not be disappointed if you rent this home.

This house and yard and pool were all as advertised. Our group of eight had plenty of room to congregate, move about, get cleaned up and sleep. We were pleased with the well appointed kitchen. Our lazy time in and out of the pool was wonderful. Since we had booked this house specifically for its quick and easy access to the beach, we were surprised and disappointed that a powerful storm had destroyed the beach the week before our stay. But we enjoyed the beach area to the north instead. The quiet community streets provided running and walking opportunities.

My family and I had an amazing time here. Property is exactly as listed online. It was just my husband and our parents but this house is perfect for a family with kids. It's also nice, super clean, and very well stocked. There is a full-size ice machine in the garage which was nice because we never needed extra ice for coolers, a printer in the master upstairs that we ended up using for work, and the fact that it's dog friendly and the pool is heated is a plus. The kitchen is great for a crowd and we enjoyed making dinners each night and eatting in. Our family is already planning our next trip back!

Awesome place, highly recommend! The location is perfect. Across the street from the beach, and less than 10 minutes to downtown St Augustine. The house has everything you could need for a great beach getaway. The host was very responsive and accommodating leading up to and during our stay. She even sent us balloons as we were celebrating our daughter first birthday!

CasaVilano is a beautiful, comfortable, well kept property. As others have said, it is so well stocked you really only need to pack your clothes and toothbrush. Our family enjoyed the lovely pool and fenced yard each day of our visit. Traveling with two small dogs, it was so nice to be able to let them run and play while we enjoyed the pool. The short path to the beach was convenient for early morning beach walks and long beach days. Ashleigh and her husband were quickly responsive to solve a couple small issues we had with the overhead fan in the den and bedroom televisions. Great hosts! We will certainly rebook CasaVilano if we decide to return to this area in the future.

Casa Vilano was an amazing house for our family of 6 adults and 2 babies! The house was well stocked with EVERYTHING we needed and the close walk to the beach was great for quick trips with the babies! The backyard pool was so nice to come back to after a hot beach day, and the sun deck was the best play area for our toddler. All of the beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were spacious enough for us to be able to spread out! Plus, who wouldn’t love the ice maker in the garage!! The kitchen and bathrooms included everything we needed for our stay, so we didn’t need to bring anything extra! We will definitely be back!

Casa Vilano and Vilano Beach are beautiful! This incredibly well-stocked house has everything you could possibly want and more! You can enjoy peaceful solitude on the quiet beach (no crowds!) or enjoy exploring St. Augustine which is only minutes away and an easy drive. We enjoyed hunting for shark teeth, surfing, and lounging poolside. The highlight of our trip was assisting in the rescue of 8 baby sea turtles! It was perfect for our group of 11 (grandparents, 4 adults, and 5 children ranging in age from 5 to 14). We look forward to visiting Casa Vilano again!

Everything you could ever need from a vacation rental and more. The house was perfect and so clean and was well stocked with anything we needed! This house is a perfect location. Only steps from the beach and many restaurants within a fun walk or a short ride. It literally has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. The owners are the most accommodating people I have ever rented from. And I am 68 years old and have rented many many beach homes. The only thing you need to bring ate your clothes. Even though we only had adults it would be great for children as well. We are planning to come back next year with all the kiddos.

This was the best stocked beach house. The commercial ice maker will spoil you (Zaxby’s style ice). They thought of everything you need for an awesome beach trip. Also great location and beach views. Everything definitely exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this property.

It was even stocked with toys for the babies, a high chair, and kids utensils. The ice maker in the garage was great for filling our coolers each day. The house has the perfect lot for ocean views, steps away from the beach, and a great fenced in pool space and yard. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable beach vacation and would absolutely stay at Casa Vilano again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Casa Vilano! Four couples and two pups fit comfortably. The house has everything you need such as beach towels, beach chairs, surf boards, etc. We do a great deal of cooking and the kitchen is well equipped! The beds are also very comfortable. If I needed something, the owners got back to me promptly and were very kind. Definitely will stay again!
