Everything was perfect, especially the terrace with the wonderful view on the river.

The street number could have been placed at the driveway side of the property to avoid confusion of locating the unit.

the location with the river views was exceptional! we enjoyed watching the submarine and boat traffic on the river. The property was very clean and well maintained.

The location right on the water, within view of the USS Nautilus and the submarine base, was incredible. We watched a storm come across the water and listened to the colors from the base.

Fantastic location! Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy as well as updated appliances and furnishings.

Of the 3 beds in the property, 2 of them were very uncomfortable even for only 1-2 people.

The river view was beautiful. The suite was clean and straightforward.

It was fairly new. The view was beautiful and the kitchen worked well. The washer dryer was appreciated.

The location advertises Two bedrooms but that is not true. It is a one bedroom with a bed in the living room. This did not offer the privacy we hoped for in bedroom distribution. We were there by 4 PM but we could not reach the owner and he did not give us the code until 7 PM. This was very poor service for a rather expensive apartment.

Everything the location and view is amazing

The view was nice and we really enjoyed the openness of the Apartment, We had nice area to sit and relax outside,and enjoyed the comforts of a home like feeling being away from home.👌

The only thing I would say is parking area was hard to navigate, which is unfortunately not much can be done with that

It was just a little vague when I made the reservation. I didn't actually get details until the day of and at first I got nervous there was a mix up because several cars and people were already parked. It appeared to be one unit at first. One address but not A. B. C. ...then I double checked the email and I saw all the details...then. Just be clear it's a multi unit space.

My family really enjoyed that river view, waking up and pulling the blinds was very refreshing.

There was nothing to dislike. Apartment was very clean and spacious. And the host was very friendly and accommodating.

parking / we were two couples and thought it was a two bedroom. the second bed was in the main room. so using the bathroom in the late hours was awkward.

The VIEW, the name Waterfront Home with a VIEW was absolutely appropriate. The location was quiet, right in front of the river, across from Connecticut College and Coast Guard Academy and 0.2 mile from USS Nautilus. The sceneries were simply beautiful, day and night! Sunset was spectacular. The apartment was spacious. The host was friendly. He responded to inquiry promptly. We got a treat when a freight train passed by at night.
