Very friendly staff. Very quiet room despite traffic outside. Comfortable bed and no issues

The chap at reception was nice, the bedrooms could do with a bit of tlc.

No tea or coffee facilities, the room was a bit out of date could be done up a bit

A beautiful room with a lovely large bathroom and tub. Nicely decorated, large and clean! The room was incredibly soundproof from the street but had a window to open to get some air- perfect! The staff were super nice too. I recommend staying here for sure!

The hotel room was dirty and not at all like the pictures. The floor was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. No tea or coffee making facilities. The headboard was rattling and moving around. The location was awful and I actually felt a bit unsafe walking around the area. total nightmare. Would not recommend and will never be back.

The bathroom was very old and wifi didn’t work in the whole time They don’t allow smoking, however we could smell the smoke when got into the room (maybe from the ventilation system)
