Nice property in great location.

We rented this lovely place with my sons and their children to attend a family wedding. Such a nice stay with things to do for everyone! We could easily get to the beach and other amenities. The children loved the pool and spa. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything!

We had a wonderful stay at the property and Rosemary Beach. Family trip with two little ones, house and pool were great for them. Host was responsive and thoughtful. Loved the location too. We will be coming back.

Our family enjoyed the time at the property. It's location is excellent (near the beach, near the pool, and near the shopping area). We have stayed at Rosemary 4 years in a row and this was the best location. The house had what we needed although using the button to avoid the pool alarm when opening the back doors took some getting used to.

Beautiful beach getaway
Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. The home and all of the amenities were perfect! Cheryl was very prompt in answering questions and addressing any concerns. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation
Great house for a weeklong family vacation Short walk to the beach access and shops/restaurants. Overall a wonderful house with great amenities.

House and carriage rental
Excellent for all ages. Newly decorated and very comfortable and clean. Easy access to all Rosemary amenities. Outside areas and very large pool are some of the nicest in the area. 1st floor kitchen access to these areas makes them even more usable. Carriage house is also lovely and a nice extension to add for larger groups. 3rd floor kids room large hit with the teens. Double living rooms create extra choices for relaxing inside. Overall, one of the best properties we have stayed in over visiting 30A for many years, and certainly a group favorite.

Beautiful week at the beach!
Home was easy to get to being at the end of Rosemary. Location to the beach was a short walk. Home was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and comfortable for my family of 6. We will be back!

Rosemary
This was our 5th year in Rosemary, but our first year at this property. We greatly enjoyed it! Highlights are its proximity to the beach, It spacious, beautiful back patio with a pool and cooking area, and the third “kid’s” floor. The kids loved the third floor. It has 4 twin beds along with a TV area with a large couch, bathroom and a separate skink and fridge. We had rain during our visit and this floor saved us! We definitely also appreciated the two fridges as we used both with food and drinks for two families. We definitely enjoyed it and would love to come back!

Great house in Rosemary Beach!
Loved this house in Rosemary. Great up to date decor. Plenty of room for our family inside and out. All the modern amenities in the kitchen and around the house. Incredible location only a few min walk to Rosemary Beach. Everyone loved the house -- highly recommend!
Only negative feedback is the extra charge for heating the pool by day or for the week. For a house of this class and price, that should be included. Comes across as "nickeling and diming" the customer when you are already paying a significant amount for a house in Rosemary. I am familiar with other properties along 30A and charging extra for this is out of the norm.

Fantastic house!
We loved this property. It's location is ideal, and the kitchen is very well equipped if you have people who like to cook in your group. The heated pool and hot tub were great to have especially with the cooler weather we had while we were there.

Spring Break 2021
We have made several trips to Rosemary and this is by far one of my favorite houses. Great location. Less than a minute walk from the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub/pool. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Hoping to book again!
