This place was truly the perfect stay for our family!! It was clean (which is high compliment coming from me, I'm a clean freak!), comfortable, spacious, close to everythibg and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay!! They made our trip so easy and the gift from the owners was the sweetest touch. I hope to return in the future.

This house was our winter home away from home and we loved it! Beautifully decorated and just the right size. When my sister visited from MS she had her own bedroom and bath. When our son visited for a golf weekend he also had his own bedroom and bath……both on opposite side of the house from our en-suite….. it was perfect! There is a nicely furnished screened in porch where we had many meals and very comfortable living/dining areas off the kitchen. The house is very convenient to the beaches, pretty parks where we walked daily, many good restaurants and plenty of tourist attractions while being in a quiet neighborhood. Matt and Jen were great hosts and we appreciate all the care they put into having a nice home to share!

We are very happy with our experience. The house was immaculate, spacious and well appointed. We appreciated the owner’s responsiveness when we had a question. Every detail was thought of, we would definitely rent this house again. The wine and chocolate gift upon arriving was also a very nice gesture!

This is by far the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. The chocolates and wine and water were all thoughtful welcome gifts 1,000 percent would recommend this property. Short drive to everything!!!

Very nice house in a great location, has a very nice covered patio out back that we lounged on and ate dinner just about every night. Had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Matt was a great host and very attentive to our every need.

We had an amazing stay at Matt and Jenn‘s place! Our family consists of two adults and four children. Their home provided plenty of space for everyone. It is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. I cannot say enough about how clean and fresh this house feels. Beds were extremely comfortable. We are family that likes to cook. All necessary kitchen cookware was provided, even an extensive spice rack! Owners also provided some water and snacks upon arrival, which were much appreciated after a long day of traveling! Grocery store is less than 1-mile away and beaches are approximately 10 minute drive. Very quiet neighborhood, which is much better, in our opinion, than the congested hustle & bustle and constant noise near the beaches. You can actually relax! Matt & Jenn were thoughtful & timely with communication & even checked in with us after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again!

This house and location was everything and more. Clean, well stocked and amazing owners! Everything down to the snacks and cold water already in the fridge upon our arrival. Patio was clean and bug free, outdoor was fantastic for cooking on the grill. I have stayed in a lot of properties and one this rates in my top 3!! Thank you Matt and Jenn!!
