Everything was just perfect.from morning walks with the dogs to jumping in the lake. Definitely be back next year. Backyard was amazing the pool was amazing. Love that each room had there full shower and bathroom. And you still had a half bath downstairs. Thank y’all for the amazing stay. Great summer house

This property is fantastic. It has literally anything and everything you could need. The pool and cove access are wonderful and the fact our pets were also welcome was great. This is our second year taking this property and it probably won’t be our last. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The hosts are very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Amazing house, amazing hosts, very highly recommend.

Our stay at this Lake LBJ was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the lake and surrounding landscape. The house itself was beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and charm. The highlight for us was definitely the pool - a refreshing oasis where we spent many relaxing hours, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the serene atmosphere. The pool area was well-maintained and provided plenty of space for lounging and enjoying meals outdoors. Inside, the house was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, and the bedrooms were cozy retreats after a day of lake activities. Speaking of activities, this location is a dream for outdoor enthusiasts. We took full advantage of the lake access, spending our days kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and fishing. The kids particularly loved exploring the area and discovering new adventures around every corner. Indoors there numerous activities, such as shuffle board, pool, and foosball. The property owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that our stay was stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, our time at this on Lake LBJ exceeded all expectations. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an action-packed adventure, this property has it all. We can't wait to return and make more memories at this fantastic lake retreat!

What a beautiful home! Welcoming from the moment you walk in and ready to have fun! All the amenities - pool, hot tub, lake toys, indoor toys are terrific. Sleeping spaces are plenty and comfortable. This beautiful home has everything you could possibly want from comfortable beds to a pool, hot tub, games, fire pit, kayaks, and much more. They had all the things we would need to enjoy the lake including life vests and pool toys. The home was clean comfortable and had tons of amenities. The neighborhood was very nice and there was a boat slip nearby. We all had tons of fun and would definitely come back. Thank you for the all the wonderful communication and hospitality!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house, and we loved it both times! The house is comfortable, the pool is so nice to have when you’re not on the lake and we loved playing all the games that the house has. The property manager is so easy to work with. Thank you!

The property was absolutely beautiful. Tons of amenities for all ages. We had ages ranging from 9-80. The property was perfect for my elderly parents who needed a downstairs bedroom and kids who loved the bunkbeds. My nephew and son enjoyed kayaking on the lake and both kids loved the pool. All in all, it was a fabulous property for a multigenerational family vacation. I can’t wait to return.

Great area with great view of the lake. So much to do from kayaking, tubing in the lake, swimming, cookouts and just hanging out with family watching NBA game outside in the pool. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

This is our first time vacationing in Hill Country Lake area. We decided to stay in Texas and not drive to Florida beaches this year and we are very thankful we chose Sweet Summer Cove VRBO. This 5 star location is perfect for a large family or a few small ones. This home is beautiful outside and inside. Everything you need for the lake and pool is available. I enjoyed early morning golf within 15 min drive at The Legends and The Lighthouse golf courses while my wife enjoyed relaxing in the pool while reading books. We had the privacy we needed to get away from the busyness of life. The Host had excellent communication with us and met every need we had. We will definitely make this VRBO destination for a yearly getaway.

This home is perfect! Fantastic appliances, clean & well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils and spices. We had plenty of linens; good ones. Big living/dinning area. 10 of us had more than enough room to eat & lounge. There are beautiful views from the back of the house yet you still have privacy. The pool was amazing for those that couldn’t go down to the lake (2 month newborn). The landscape is beautiful. If I could give a 6 STAR I would. Our favorite place so far!!

Stayed here for the state golf tournament at Legends, only about 5-10 minutes away. Quiet cove and great house for the six people we had in our group.

The name of the property definitely suites it! Me and my wife loved the house and everything it comes with! We had some friends stay for a couple of the days we were there and we had so much fun. Our new puppy (mini golden doodle) had so much fun. His first time swimming with us and he had a blast! We were definitely sad to leave…. And hope we can come back soon. The house is perfect for us! My family loved staying here. The hosts communicated everything we needed and were super responsive to all questions. The house was stocked with everything you could need. Very nice quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

We went for my husband’s birthday with 2 other couples who we have known for 40+ years. Great house and very livable for 3 couples. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was the best well stocked of any rental property we have used. It had everything you needed to cook including spices and condiments. The pool and outside are in back were lovely. It would easily sleep 12 people especially with children. It was a good location to explore the little towns in the area and numerous golf courses but out of the busy areas. We would definitely recommend it!

This was the perfect home for a family spring break. The backyard with the heated pool/spa was relaxing and the canal was a unique feature that added an interesting focal point when lounging in the backyard. On the day it rained the adults enjoyed watching several Marvel movies while the teen/preteen gamed on their iPads (home has good Wi-Fi). The kitchen made meal prep easy and the local restaurants we tried were a hit. Everyone returned home relaxed. Thank you for making this lovely home available. Tamera Davis

Five stars all around!! Lots of fun extras at this property to keep our family entertained. We loved the shuffleboard, pool table, foosball, firepit, kakaks & paddleboards, and grilling on the back porch in the evening under the party lights while watching Dude Perfect from the pool & hot tub. There was plenty to do without our boat, but we were glad we brought it to cruise the river and catch some white bass and a gigantic crappie. The kids also reeled in a few fish at the waters edge by the house! The beds are super comfy, and the first few days of our trip were a little cooler, so we had the pool heated, which was fantastic. Dan, the host is very responsive. Can't wait to stay again!!

This property has it ALL!!! We have stayed in lots of VRBO's and this one has almost anything you could think of to make your stay comfortable & fun! The hubby & I came for a little getaway for our 10 year anniversary and it was so relaxing. The scenery around this property is gorgeous. We enjoyed the amenities the house has and the location! We fished from the pier, they recently added a gorgeous fire pit. They have festive lighting plenty of comfortable seating outside and the pool is awesome! It had plenty of supplies, dishes, linens. Not to mention the hospitality and communication with the owner was top notch! We will definitely be back to stay here again!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

We had the best time this weekend even with cold snap. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of things to entertain ourselves. Host were very easy to communicate with and prompt to answer any questions. I would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

We rented this to accommodate ourselves and a few additional friends and family members while we celebrated my husband’s birthday. It was absolutely perfect. It’s right on the lake in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen and outdoor grill provided everything we needed to entertain guests. The heated pool, hot tub, and fireplace were enjoyed the entire weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were super nice and helpful and answered all of my questions incredibly quickly. Highly recommend.

Nothing but fabulous things to say about the property and the owners. This was our third stay at Sweet Summer Cove and we can't wait to return. The warm Texas winter weather and heated pool make this the perfect winter getaway. Very highly recommend!

We took our family of rambunctious boys to this amazing home for a getaway over the winter holidays, and it was everything we'd hoped for, and more! The home was pristine, and the communication with the property owners was excellent. They were so accommodating to us and quick to respond to any questions we had. Our boys absolutely loved the pool, and we enjoyed all the amenities, like the game room, outdoor TV, and hot tub. We were able to grill and create easy home-cooked meals with the fully-stocked kitchen. We can't wait to return in the summer!

The home itself had everything you could need, or want in a vacation rental. Absolutely stunning private lakefront views and amazing pool/spa setup. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice. It’s absolutely stunning and the perfect location for a getaway. The bed was absolutely amazing, fluffy, and comfortable and there was nothing forgotten when it comes to what you need for a stay. More importantly, Dan was 100% responsible and helpful whenever I had questions about the home. He even had the handy man come over on the spot when I couldn’t figure out the fireplace. We look forward to returning in the future and are so fortunate we found this gem with such amazing hosts!

Place was spotless and full of fun things to do! Pool and hot tub were the main draw, but shuffleboard and the pool table were a big hit. The small cove/inlet was super quiet during the week and then became more alive during the weekend with visitors. We ran into a small issue during our stay, and it was fixed within a couple of hours of contacting property manager. Excellent communication prior to and throughout our stay...would highly recommend.

This house has everything you would want for comfort & entertainment. The house is a great location to enjoy lake life, Longhorn Cavern & Inks lake state Park. We have 4 kids, two of them teenagers. Each stayed off the screens because there was so much to do: paddle board, kayak, Foosball, corn hole, darts, hot tube/ pool and a pool table. We absolutely enjoyed our stay & would recommend it to our friends & family.

We had wonderful time. The house is absolutely gorgeous, fully stocked and great location. So comfortable and spacious. The host were very friendly and quick to respond. The pool and hot tub were great and the yard is very big. You can opt to get pol heated in colder months, but it felt just like cool river water. Very refreshing to go between the pool and hot tub. The game room and all this house has to offer, will most certainly be back! I recommend this house to anyone that has a large group. You will not be disappointed. We stay in a vacation homes 2 to 3 times a year. This is by far the best.

This house was perfect for our family. Extremely thoughtful hosts. We even discovered a dog bed on our last day. We had fun using the outdoor TV to watch the UT game from the pool and our kid caught a few catfish. Thanks for a great vacation!
