I little hiccup at the start the room wasn’t ready for us.
The room it’s self we couldn’t fault.
We should have done our homework a bit more we thought we were on the beach with images and name of studio. A bit far from shops to walk to get coffee or go out for tea.
Was ok for us as we were busy and only used room to sleep.

Really enjoyed our stay and found seaside studio spotlessly clean and very cosy. The only 'but' was towels were quite worn and no soap supplied. Otherwise, this is a fabulous place for a peaceful getaway and having a drink in the private courtyard whilst cooking a barbie on the Weber Q is the absolute icing on the cake! Thanks Kim

The studio looks even better in real life, all the amenities are very convenient as well. Kim was a lovely host and I would highly recommend this place.

We really appreciathe cleanliness and lovely day call of this sweet little cottage. The booking check in checkout and communication processes were sameless. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to rest at the end of busy days touring and having time on the beach.

The studio was excellent for the weekend we were looking for. The heater was on for us and everything was as promised. Kim was lovely and had some nice conversations with her and her family. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Kim and Glenn! We loved Seaside Studio! We loved the atmosphere you have created - a beautiful, relaxed holiday vibe with tasteful decor and careful attention to detail. So clean and well presented. We appreciated your thoughtfulness in making your guests feel special. The location is fantastic, so close to the beach and so close to the town. Super comfy bed and excellent shower. We hope to come and stay with you again!

Immaculate self-contained studio
We were really happy with our stay. It looks exactly the same as the photos - spotless and everything brand new. We had everything we needed - a super-comfortable bed, a massive TV with Netflix and Stan, lots of hangers in the wardrobe and complimentary breakfast on the first day. A powerful split system kept us warm when it was freezing outside. It's also close to Mornington, which has some great shops! Just a shame the weather wasn't nicer to walk down to the beach or use the Weber BBQ in the pretty outdoor area. The host had everything organised for our arrival and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!
