Perfect spot for a quick stay.

The location was great - just a short drive to the 405. It was a good location for us to get to our destinations - Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu, and Long Beach. It felt very safe during the day but a little less so after dark. For instance, I didn't feel comfortable going in the alley to take out trash after dark. The property was clean and the check-in process was very easy. We were able to check-in right on time, at 4 pm. I thought the washer and dryer was going to be in the apartment, but I misread it. It was actually in the back alley. It cost quite a bit to do a load of laundry. I also didn't feel comfortable doing laundry after dark. The kitchen was great. It took a little while to figure out how to use the TV, but once we did, there were plenty of channels to choose from. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage/closet space. Having a reserved parking spot was a HUGE plus. It was just steps away from the parking garage to the front door. Overall, a great location and we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was as advertised and is a great apartment itself. Beautiful kitchen and bath and quite spacious. Location great, communication with host was great. Very clean. The only thing that could improve is a few more basic kitchen items (maybe more knives, cutting board) and dressers in the bedrooms. You can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around so if you are a light sleeper, this might disturb you. Would rent again.

The accomodation was great. We stayed in unit 1 downstairs. The experience was great. It was very clean. Had wifi, stove, oven, microwave, aircon, Tv and parking. The only downside was the noise from the people staying above us. Other than that it was a great safe location that was close everything we needed!!

The apartment was clean, easily accessible and in a good location. Our family of 5 kids ages 14,10,10 had a comfortable stay. Walls are thin and you can hear people talking and walking upstairs but it wasn’t a huge problem. The pullout sofa was unfortunately dirty so my daughter slept on the couch instead. There were crumbs and stains on the pullout so we decided against it. We put a sheet over top of the couch and we made her sleeping arrangement work. Salt and Pepper would have been nice to have as a condiment. One or two more blankets would have been nice as well. Everything was very clean, served our purpose, check in and check out were very easy and no hassle at all. The parking space was a huge bonus!

The property was very clean and we felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. We got all necessary information before check-in so the whole process went fluently. It’s very easy to get to Venice beach. We totally recommend the apartment.

Great value in Culver City. Central to great bars and restaurants

This apartment was in a convenient location, close to Marina del Rey and a short drive to SoFi Stadium. I didn't read the listing close enough, so I didn't realize there was no AC until my friend and I arrived. It was a bit stuffy, but there are a fans available. There's also a parking space that is slated for this unit, however, it was frequently taken, forcing us to park down the street. The unit was clean and suited us well for our needs during a long weekend.

Place was as advertised. Nice neighborhood. Perfect correlation with management. Seamless experience.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. It is walking distance to both stores and food places. This spacious apartment comfortably hosted 5 adults, and everything was tidy and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

I rented this property for me and my two friends to get away and celebrate my birthday! The house was exactly how it is in the pictures, and easily one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever rented. Check in process was super easy and the location was perfect if you wanted to be close to Venice/Hollywood/anywhere west LA but also far enough away from all the noise and busyness. Would definitely recommend this property !

Clean, accessible property. On a main street so easy to get to other places. Spacious living area and kitchen. Nice sized bedrooms. The only downside was the property has no A/C so it got a bit stuffy but the fans helped (we were there during unseasonably hot weather in the upper 90's). I'd stay there again and would recommend it to others.

This property is centrally located very convenient to get to from the airport

Nice and clean little apartment, situated in a very pleasent area, free parking space was a maasive bonus as well

We loved the location of this 2 BR rental--2 miles from the beach. For the price you can't beat it. The kitchen had the bare basics, but it worked well. There was a key on the desk that worked with the laundry room located in back, and a dedicated covered parking spot. The people above were way too noisy at 12-1 am, but after talking to them that stopped. It's attractively furnished. Could use some luggage racks in the 2nd bedroom. I would stay here again.

Great location clean and comfortable

The space was perfect for our little family - toddler and pooch. Checkin was very organized. The space was super clean. We used to live in the neighborhood so we felt right at home. Would definitely stay again.

So thankful for all the fans since I arrived in LA to a heatwave. Could use a bit more kitchenware but still able to cook a meal and enjoy the space!
