My family and I absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful on the inside and out. With the hot tub, pool table, ping-pong table, shuffleboard table, multiple games and DoorDash, we barely left the house. I hope to return soon ❤️ My boys have talked about how nice it was all the way home ❤️

Property was spectacular!!! Had excellent views and a great layout. The game room downstairs was Awesome and kept the kids (and adults) entertained all week. Property manager was very attentive to responding to any questions. We would book again.

We chose this property because it was beautiful, perfect for a large family gathering, and friendly for all ages. We had six older and elderly siblings that needed a place to safely hang out with each other and their families…and be away from crowds. Though this two level property had stairs inside, it had easy access to both levels from outside. There were FOUR bedrooms on the entry level, and all bedrooms on both levels had private bathrooms. The rec room had so much to offer all ages and the hot tub was a hit. Natalie was such an attentive host and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend this property…and I hope our family will have an opportunity to gather here again soon.

House was exactly as described, check-in process was extremely easy and the views of the lake cannot be beat. Plenty of space and fun games for our whole group of 8 adults and 7 children under 10 We had a wonderful stay and highly recommended this home!

Total family together for Thanksgiving. It’s the only time all 6 cousins and my kids get together. We all loved the home, especially the hot tub. I rent the house. They take care of the food!! Carol

The home had everything! We loved our stay so much and the personal touched (flowers and a custom welcome chalkboard sign to greet us). The house was so clean and our host was amazing! The boat dock was right behind e house which was perfect for our boats. The lake view was beautiful. Thank you for hosting us and having such a beautiful space for us to hang out in!

We loved everything about Lakeview Landing! With a group of 16 ladies, we had more than enough space for everyone. This house is loaded with everything you need: the kitchen is fully stocked & spacious, there’s a fabulous coffee/tea bar we used each morning, an extra kitchenette downstairs, it’s beautifully decorated, plenty of throw blankets for sitting out on the deck each night while enjoying the view of Lake Cumberland, towels for the hot tub, tons of parking, and lots of king beds- who doesn’t like a king bed? It’s in a great location, just down from Guthrie’s Grill, which was wonderful. Several of us walked back to the house after eating there. We rented a boat from Burnside for a quick day trip on the water. Fortunately the house is like 5 minutes from there. Natalie was fantastic about answering all our questions and replied very quickly. She provided lots of suggestions about where to eat as well as places to visit in the area, which was super helpful. A+ all the way around! We will definitely be back!

This home and the lake are absolutely beautiful! The house is very spacious with the separate bedrooms/bathrooms giving everyone plenty of private space, while the large groups areas in the kitchen, family rooms and gaming areas provided tons of room to gather and hang out. On top of the house, the fantastic amenities and the absolutely awesome host made this trip a wonderful vacation for us!!

This property is impressive. The house is beautiful and is immaculately clean. I was thrilled to find the decorated trees, yes multiple, and other fabulous decor. The coffee bar was incredible and the kitchen was not only fully stocked with cookware, dishes, serving pieces, but spices, oils and sweeteners. There was a choice of pillows and blankets and the welcome book was very helpful. Our entire family was thrilled with our stay and hope to return soon.

We even had a kareoke night which the structure of the house kept our great off key singing inside and not share with neighbors. The location was great, close to stores and to get anything we needed. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Worked perfectly for our large family. Having groceries ordered, delivered and put away before we arrived was the best. Natalie Adams was amazing as the property manager. Communication was above and beyond. Helped answer any questions we had and made lots of recommendations for us to do while there.

She responded that the lake could be reached from the backyard but if the walk was too rough that we could swim at a nearby boat ramp. Both complete LIES! There was no path to the lake from the house and the boat ramp was a 30 minute walk! Once we made it to the ramp there were “No Swimming” signs posted everywhere! We were so upset. When I contacted the owner she would not accept responsibility for her lies even when I showed her a screenshot of the message she sent me saying the lake was accessible. She insisted that we could swim at the boat ramp because that’s what her family does; however, we were not going to risk our safety or chance getting a fine just because this woman said it was ok. She accused me of “not properly researching Lake Cumberland” and told my party and I to leave without a refund. This woman single-handedly ruined a vacation my friends and I had been waiting months for. The ONLY reason I booked this home was to have access to the lake and due to Natalie’s lies and misrepresentation of property, my friends and I wasted A LOT of money. She never offered an apology, never took responsibility , and never acted like a decent human being. To top it off, I contacted VRBO a couple days after our stay to make my complaint. As soon as VRBO reached out to the host to get her side of the story, she immediately started harassing me on my private number while I was at work. At one point she even threatened to sue me. This woman is certifiably insane! Do NOT book anything with her. I learned my lesson the hard way.

This house was perfect for our adult children and spouses as well as our grandchildren ranging in ages of 1 year to 20 years old. So spacious! So much to do within the house in addition to close location to a boat dock (to launch kayaks) and Burnside Marina where we rented a houseboat for the day. We have never been in another rental that was so well equipped for cooking, baking, whatever in the kitchen. The Coffee Center was an immediate hit. Will definitley return.
