The Mermaid House was the perfect home base for our scuba diving adventure. The house was on a quiet dead end street, with ample parking. All of the amenities made our stay comfortable as we had dive equipment and gear to clean. It was 10 minutes from Blue Heron Bridge and 15 minutes from the dive boat at Riviera Beach. Truly an amazing trip made easy and safe and we have Aaron to thank.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Had family over for Christmas and celebrated in this beautiful townhome together. It’s very spacious, wonderful home away from home, clean and in a safe area. There’s a nice dog park as well right next to the townhome and is pet friendly. Highly recommend this place for a family looking for a cozy place in a safe location.

This charming property is clean, with updated features including appliances and tile work along with plumbing fixtures. The location is super convenient, as it is near shopping and only 2 miles from the beach. The added touches in the house made for a comfortable, cozy stay.

This was home away from home! It was clean and has all the amentities you need. You definitely need a car to get around but Grocery store and mall were close to property. Quiet neighbor hood. Went for a walk and great home site seeing.
I'm nit picking on this rental because I really like the property. I definately will try to book again.
The bath tub needs to be snaked. Slow draining while taking a shower. I made chicken and needed a large pyrex dish. There was only a small one. I made do though. There was a large cob web in the corner ceiling of the main bedroom. Only saw it because I was looking up. I left some basic necessities that a renter would need. I hope the owner keeps that trend going.

The property owner is very kind and has great communication. The location is on a nice quiet street. Nice big driveway that will easily fit two vehicles. The home is well decorated and feels like the pictures don't do it justice. Nice covered patio to relax on in the evenings or watching a storm roll by. All the appliances are nearly brand new and work great. If you need a great place to stay near Palm Beach Gardens, I highly recommend this one!

Nice open floor plan. The patio is a bonus. Located just miles from Juno Pier and near PGA Boulevard. The washer and dryer were especially helpful. Very clean and beautiful place.

Our family stayed recently with our two boys (5 & 7) and our infant. The house was updated, clean, and had everything we needed. It was also in a great location. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Just miles from Juno Beach and the pier and within a block of PGA Boulevard, everything is near by. Nice open floor plan for the kitchen and living room. Patio space and a washer and dryer were convenient to have. Adjoins another townhome which is convenient for friends/families traveling together but needing their own space. Beautiful place!

The townhome was exceptionally clean and inviting. I'm an Interior Designer, so having your surroundings eclectically pleasing was wonderful. It had everything that we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect for us, as well as being very quiet and calming. We will be back again very soon.

Loved it!
We stayed in the Mermaid House for a little over a week. The home was cute and clean with all the things we needed for our stay. Our host was helpful and responsive to questions as well. Staying at the Mermaid House was great too because it was so close to great dining and activities. All around, our experience was fantastic!
Evolve review: the team at Evolve also gets all the stars. They were helpful and personable with the entire process, from booking to extending our stay. We will definitely use Evolve in the future for our short term rental needs.
