The flat was very clean and bright, with lots of natural light from large windows and decent sized rooms. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had lots of equipment (including cafetieres), plenty of crockery & cutlery, and cleaning materials were supplied. The location was very handy for the sea front and the High Street shops, and easy to find. It was good to have designated off street parking behind the building.

A small note of warning to other visitors: the lights on the stairs come on automatically when the front door is opened, but are on a timer. This didn't give us long enough to get to the top with our bags on arrival. At the top it is pitch dark, and you have to open a key box or at least find the keyhole. There are light switches on each floor - advise to have someone stand by the first floor light switch to switch it on again when it goes out, at least for the first time. Other visitors have commented on traffic noise. The issue is not the fact that the flat is beside traffic lights, it's that Herne Bay seems to be a place with boy racers using both souped-up cars and loud motor bikes. This is of course not the fault of the property owner. Luckily overnight it is mostly quiet.

Fantastic apartment - plenty of space and was well equipped for our stay. Location was great for the beach and town. Communication with the owners was excellent.

The flat is very spacious and really feels like a family home. The beds were very comfortable even the zip bed in the second room. It was great having the two bathrooms as each couple had their own space. The lounge / diner/kitchen is a super size and we could all easily fit around the table to eat while having two very large sofas. It was very clean and my mother in law loved how everything was colour matched. We even liked the Christmas tree and decorations that had been put up. The location is superb only yards to the seafront and a short walk to the high Street with all its pubs and restaurants. A great stay for a family.

Very little! If you have mobility issues you might find the stairs a little difficult. Also there are no toiletries left so remember to bring your own.

Great flat and brilliant location. This place has everything you could want and is spacious. Having 2 bathrooms was great as it meant each bedroom has their own. Flat is right in centre of town and just 5 minute walk to the beach!

There was nothing we didn't like!

Very spacious, close to town and seafront.

Traffic noise, being next to a crossroads with traffic lights we found it noisy when in the lounge & kitchen. But luckily the bedrooms were quieter. It’s slighty misleading to say this property has a sea view as the sea can only be seen through a side window in the lounge.

good space with off road parking hosts were quick to correct and enquiry via txt when we arrived.

May be could do with a deep clean (understand it’s end of season so this may be the reason) and some furniture could do with replacing as squeezing! Property was covered in scaffolding and we wasn’t warned to be fair apart from meeting the builder as he was sat in van in our parking space no work was done will we were there but the scaffolding is level with bedrooms and bathroom windows .

The flat is near the centre. Nice spacious living room.

The village is not offering much. The shower did not work properly. The beds, sofas were not so good. One materss was dirty. Parking space was not ideal.

Was a little upset we strpped beds empty bins and took out rubbish as asked by owner but on seeing owner as we left was asked who smoked because there was no smoking I assured her no one smoked in the property I am a non smoker as is my 94 year old mother and for health reasons I would not have smoking around her. Other than that we had a overly stay

Brilliant location, very spacious and well equipped. Parking space very useful. Everything on your doorstep which ment no driving after arrival. Really enjoyed our time, thank you.

The apartment is spacious and clean. Fully equipped for a self catering stay. Great location as a base to explore the Kent coast. Free parking.

Very spacious and well furnished flat with all the mod cons. -ideally situated close to seafront and shops- very large for one couple!

Property was on a busy cross roads which was very noisy during late evenings. In view of our age instructions regarding bedroom TV`s would have been appreciated.

The flat is very spacious & the location is great...close to everything you need. Would definately stay here again.

Pillows & quilts were stained but other than this, the flat was exceptionally clean.

Accommodation was perfect for our family of 4. The whole flat is very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Great location, with just a short walk to the beach and town.

Excellent location. Large and comfortable. Helpful owner with great communication.

Some decor tired. Possibly had animal stay previously (husband had allergic reaction and friend's black trousers were covered in white hairs from sofa). Food in cupboards and fridge.
