It was a beautiful home and a great location! The only thing we dod not have Air conditioning for almost 4 days which was extremely hard with little grandkids being tired and hot lol

Spacious interior, large dual decks, and ample parking for our large group. Location is 2mi from bridge near dead-end, so minimal traffic, and very quiet. 1 blk to beach, 2-3 blocks to nature trail. We were there for beach, puzzles, games, and deck. Ate in using newer grill by pool and enjoyed outdoor games. Great appliances and two full size fridge. Very nice and relaxing family trip for all.

Beautiful spacious beach house! We LOVED this house for our family vacation! Clean, beautiful, so close to the beach! We used the big deck overlooking the ocean a lot and the upstairs was perfect for our kids. 10/10!

This is the perfect place for a family vacation. Location is perfect, right across the street from the beach. The kids enjoyed their own private loft space and we all enjoyed the beautiful deck and pool. Just left and I can’t wait to go back!

Property can’t have a better location! Communication with owner and manager was wonderful. House was spacious and had just what we needed. The separate ice maker and the two refrigerators were game changers for our large party and something we realized was a great addition to the rental! We can’t wait for next year!

The beach house was perfect for our family. Location is great, kitchen well stocked, beds very comfortable, loved the spacious parking and enjoyed hanging out by the pool after a day at the beach! We enjoyed our time at Barefoot Breezes! Coming back next year!

Three generations under one roof! Well appointed kitchen and 2 refrigerators and separate ice machine was awesome. Each bedroom was very comfortable and an awesome A/C system! The covered porch was great during rain showers and to simply have a glass of wine, look at the ocean and unwind after a full day at the beach. We all loved our private pool, we stayed at the pool as much as the beach. The owner Peter is so nice and Mark the manager answered my phone calls with simple questions and not one problem!! We are definitely headed back!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home we truly appreciated it!!

Overall stay was great ! Loved the kids bunk room and separate space upstairs . Would have liked a few more essentials like trash bags, soap, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper and bath towels. Very well equipped otherwise. We will return for another stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

This was the second time we stayed here and once again it was awesome! The house was beautiful and the welcome bag and flowers were a nice surprise. We will continue to stay at barefoot breezes as long we can. The hosts are awesome and very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait till next year.

The house is very nice and the owner was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay there. However, upon return home we found that the owner filed a false damage claim saying that we had damaged the house and stolen items from the house (coffee mugs, blankets) which we absolutely did not do. Nor did any damage occur to the house while we were there. There were problems with the cleanliness of the house when we checked in, in particular we noticed that our feet were getting black after walking around barefoot. The floors needed a thorough cleaning. We would not return.

The property owners were so easy and always responded right away to any questions we had. They made this trip easy and absolutely wonderful

We have been traveling to Ocean Isle for the past 18 years, and this home and owners have by far been the very best! The location is perfect, if you like to relax and have some peace and quiet. We had ocean views in 3 different directions from the first and second floor decks. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and the beds were the absolute best. Mark, the property manager met us to make sure everything was as expected and was quick to respond to any issues we may have had. The owners definitely understand what is important for beach goers and they have everything you need to enjoy your trip. Definitely would recommend 👌

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great! Accessing the beach was extremely easy and convenient. This property would be great for any age range of children. There was plenty of space and lots of activities for everyone! I also definitely recommend renting a golf cart to cruise around the island.

Our family loved this beach house. It was perfect for all of us. The kids had their own hangout upstairs and couldn't get enough of the PacMan machine. It was clean, open, and airy. Mark, the concierge, came on the first day to meet us, which was a first for us. Anything we needed - Peter was very quick in responding. One of the best vacations we've had and definitely plan on coming back.

This recently redone house was perfect for out three generation family. The kids had their play and sleep area and the adults had there’s. It’s decor is very attractive but also child friendly. Location is perfect with beautiful views and easy access to an incredibly wide and flat beach. The pool Is small, but all of us enjoyed it. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We had no idea the ice maker would be such a hit. Great house!

Second time that the family stayed here and everyone enjoyed all parts of the property. House is great and located right in front of the beach. Great views.

This house was simply perfect for our family. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed right at our fingertips. The location and proximity to the beach was amazing. Beautiful sunrises right down the block too. We’ll be back next year!

Beautifully renovated house with a great location. Great spot for vacation with our extended family. Loved that the kids could hang out and play upstairs while we could still keep an eye on what was going on. Well stocked kitchen with more dishes and glassware than we could have possibly used. Owner is very responsive. The lower level of the deck provides nice shade while enjoying the beach views. We’ve been coming to OIB for 17 years and this is my favorite house that we’ve stayed in.

You will enjoy the ocean breeze from your spacious deck while watching the ocean. Peaceful end of the island with little traffic to worry about if you have small children. Property owners were wonderful taking care of all our needs.

The house was very nice. It was set up perfectly for our family. The two bedroom suite on the right side worked well for a couple with two younger kids. The king suite on the left was great for the grandparents, and the rear bedroom was good for the parents of the older kids that had the loft area. The owner, Pete, communicated very well with the couple of very minor issues we had with the access codes. Mark, the property manager and his staff we interacted with were great. He let us know when they would be doing weekly maintenance items, and was very friendly and informative. His staff was very friendly also. The location was unique in that you really have a choice of two beaches within a very short walk, one across the street in front, and one to the east on the tip of the island. Very nice. The pool area was very nice also. We are not every year beachgoers, but we will definitely try to book this house when we return.

The house was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the front deck. It was so large we all sat together each evening. Great family vacation.

We’ve been vacationing in OIB for years now and this was one of our favorite homes. It was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable week. Location was fantastic for a young family.
