We enjoyed are stayed here for 5 nights. House was immaculate and had everything thing we needed. Outside fire pit was nice to have after spending long days in the park. The town of Livingston had nice restaurants and all we needed for supplies. You are only 35 minutes from Bozeman. We will stay here again. Also, when the propane ran out , the property management company was there the next day.

This place in Livingston was so cute, spacious close to the downtown part and easy access to the interstate. It is a hour from the North entrance of Yellowstone, the views traveling through paradise valley are amazing!! You are about a 30 minute drive from Bozeman so definitely not a bad location. Our girls took the sofa bed downstairs and played pool when they woke up and nightly so that definitely got some use. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family had an excellent experience during our stay at a jumping Off Point in Livingston. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was a comfortable place for us to gather after exploring Yellowstone Park and the surrounding area and share the evening together.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Book it you won’t regret it! We all had a great time and it had everything we all needed! We stayed downstairs with the kiddos, they loved the pool table played morning and when we would get back in the evenings. My only regret was not being able to stay longer!

Jumping Off Point exceeded our expectations for a short term rental. It offered everything we needed, thus making it feel incredibly homey. It's an easy walk to Main Street in Livingston.The management company was professional and accommodating.We would highly recommend it.

The yard was beautiful and perfect for our 2 little girls. It was my birthday and my partner and I had a nice time playing pool downstairs after our girls fell asleep. We were also doing an RV trip and there was ample parking for our travel trailer.

I travel often and try to always use Vrbo this house was fantastic one of the best ever so very clean had everything there was in a great location we really enjoyed our stay very comfortable equipped with everything that we needed even had deer in the backyard running around you will not be disappointed if you stay at this home easy to get in touch with the answer question I will only be staying in this home when we come to livingston thank you

This was a beautiful property with amazing Mountain Views. The owners had everything you could possibly think of from toiletries, laundry detergent, ear plugs, Saran Wrap, bathrobes, so many dishes!! You literally thought of everything. Best stocked vrbo I have ever stayed at! Thank you for making it a delightful stay!

Beautiful and Impeccable
I was amazed at how clean this house was, and how well stocked it was with the supplies. We had plenty of towels, shampoo's, conditioners, hand soap, toiletries, adequate kitchen supplies such as condiments, paper towels, dishwashing materials, plates, utensils, etc..
I have rented many houses. condo's and cabins throughout the years, and this house was by far the best supplied and cleanest I have been in. We only had to buy our food supplies for 6 days and only had to call the management on the first day just to let them know we would check in about 20 minutes early. Our stay was excellent in a very quiet community. Thanks and keep up the good work.

We have fallen in love with Paradise Valley! The place is just breathtakingly beautiful. Not to mention how friendly and warm people were in Montana. The Jumping Off Point Hilltop House exceed our expectations. The house is centrally located and has everything you'll need to make your vacation to Montana a joyous experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in process was very simple and easy to understand. The house was clean as can be and the amenities were great. Super close to downtown and easy driving distance to Yellowstone and other fun adventures. Highly recommend!
