We had 11 total , grandpa, grandma, son’s family (4), daughter fam (5). Ate good food, enjoyed beach although we had rain everyday.

We spent the week with another family in this home. There was 4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 10. There was more than enough space and the property was nice. We could have even included another family. It is showing some wear from all the use, but it didn’t affect our experience. There is plenty of rooms and things to do to keep the kids busy in this property. The pool was very nice way to relax in the afternoon and the kids loved it. This house had it all and will be staying on our list of spots in Inlet Beach. You can’t go wrong with this area as it is still a hidden gem that hasn’t been completely overtaken by private beaches. It definitely brings back the Florida from years past before the laws changed and people started kicking you off the beach. Great place!

The host was super helpful. The house was gorgeous. And the location was so close to the beach. We would deferent this place again!

The home is beautiful and has a nice sized living room with seating for larger groups. Lots of sleeping areas for everyone to spread out. Unlike a lot of beaches in the area, it is a flat entrance from the street without any steep flight of steps. This is great when hauling lots of beach gear, carrying young children or pushing strollers. A very short drive into Rosemary for restaurants but you avoid the overcrowded beach found at Seacrest. We loved it!

We all absolutely loved staying at this property! It’s very difficult to find a property that meets various family member needs and wants but this did the trick! Unfortunately, the description didn’t state the bunk room didn’t have a physical door (it only has a curtain) to the room. I never would have thought to ask if a room with beds didn’t have a physical door. This resulted in a change of plans of where family members slept and was sometimes problematic with a kid who didn’t always stay in the room during sleeping times. That said, we made it work, still loved the home/amenities/location & will know for the future so we can better plan accordingly.

This house was nice and in a great location. The host was beyond responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the house was dirty when we checked in, but the host quickly sent a cleaning crew to clean again. Very great service!

Jenni was an amazing host, very responsive and cared about making our experience special! The location of the house could not have been better…such an easy walk back and forth to the beach. We absolutely loved having a private pool and hot tub…came in very handy while waiting out the summer rain storms! Great neighborhood with friendly renters nearby. Very close to Rosemary beach and everything 30A has to offer. I only wish the previous guests would have treated this property with the respect and courtesy it deserves. We noticed several items that had been subject to wear and tear and probably a busy summer season. Jenni - I hope you will have more properties in the area…I would rent from you over and over!! Our group of 10 had a wonderful time! The pictures are accurate. Things we especially loved: -Each room having its own bath -Two full kitchens -Proximity to beach -Elevator -Location between Destin & Panama City -Pool might not be “full sized” but we really enjoyed built in places surrounding edges to sit & lounge in the water to visit and have a drink. -Tons of beach chairs, toys & wagon -Never heard neighbors except occasionally if we were both out in the pool. -Built in ice maker!!!! -Well equipped in kitchens & loads of towels for baths and pool/beach. -Rapid responses from owner. We had an awesome trip! It was really hot & we spent most or our time either at the beach or by the pool. Can’t say enough, it was awesome!

House was perfect for our family of 10! My younger unmarried daughter loved her king ensuite on the 3rd floor. My older daughter and her husband had the king ensuite overlooking the pool on 2nd floor with their 3 year old twins in the bunk room and my husband and I in the king ensuite overlooking the front of the home. The other 3 boys, 6, 7, and 14 took over the 1st floor and loved having their own apartment basically. :) The home was very clean and comfortable and the walk to the beach was very short. We could not have asked for anything more. Loved it!

Great rental property for a large group of family. Lots of amenities with easy beach access! Homeowner is very accommodating too!!

The property was great! The location to the beach and various dining establishments was the best. The beach in this area wasn't crowded at all. The property manager was top notch. Will be returning next year.

First time staying in this beautiful house! Perfect for my family - 6 adults and 2 children. Very spacious and immaculate. Each couple had their own bedroom that had a full bathroom and their own balcony. We enjoyed the pool and the playroom and were just 100 yards to the beach! The house had everything we needed with plenty of clean bath towels, a kitchen stocked with just about every utensil, pots and pans, appliance.. even an elevator that made bringing bags up to the 3rd level so easy. The hostess, Jenni, was available for any questions or concerns the entire stay. She's the best!! We will definitely be coming back.

This house was just perfect and Jenni was a wonderful host. First visit, but certainly not our last , to Inlet Beach. Kids, ranging from 3 to 10 loved the beach and pool. Air hockey was a real favorite. The wagon loaded with beach chairs, towels and toys made our daily walks to beach easy to do and NOT a burden So nice to be at such a well supplied house!!

Property changed ownership 5 days prior to our stay. The house was not clean. It had dirty doors, cabinets and the staircase banisters were dirty and sticky. The linens were not what was pictured in the photos online. I think the previous owner stripped the place of all blankets, comforters and throw pillows. Every bed had a white sheet and a rough paper thin blanket on them. I have had better linens in a hospital. There was not vacuum or proper broom to try to keep the unit clean and free of sand. The pool was a nice feature. However, we had to drag a hose each night to refill and the pool heater smelled of gas so strong that it made it difficult to sit outside when it was on. Expected more for we paid.

If I could give this property 10 stars I absolutely would! It was perfect for our group of 8 adults and our dogs, especially in current COVID times. Each couple had their own space, including their own nice bathroom. The linens, towels and furnishings are all high quality. There are multiple entertainment options on the TVs, which was greatly appreciated by the men during SEC football season. The main kitchen is WONDERFUL, with high end appliances including a wine fridge, and even has a separate ice maker! The smaller kitchen is also very well equipped and so nice to have near the pool. The house is 3 floors, but has an elevator to transport heavy items and our older dog.The house is a very short walk to a beautiful beach, which was not very crowded. We rode bikes the short distance to Rosemary and Aly's beach almost every night. It is also close to Lake Powell, where my husband went fishing. Diana was very easy to contact, super kind and thoughtful and really helpful. In short, we can not wait to come back and will rent this house over and over again. We would not change a thing, which is unusual for our group ;)

We had an amazing trip to Inlet and Diana’s home is perfect. Our group was very sensitive to the current Covid climate so the 2 kitchens + outdoor grill had everything for cooking at the house. What made it even better is that Diana is an excellent host. She went above and beyond for us and took care of all the details. Thank you Diana, we will be back again!!

Excellent experience for the entire family. Location to the beach is convenient. Shopping and dining very close. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Will be staying here again in the future.

After evacuating for Hurricane Michael last year, we came back again and had a great week at the beach. We loved the house- so much room for all of us and the pup! Diana and Shaun are the best hosts and saw to our every need. We will definitely be back !

Wonderful location and super way to spread out extended families and friends! Beach chairs and cart was such a added bonus in this house. We have been coming to vacation on 30A for 10+ years and it’s the first time we haven’t had to buy ice!!! Can’t go wrong with this property and Diana Tibbs is great at taking care of her guest!!

Elevator was ideal for aging parents! House is beautiful! Plenty of room for two or more families! Close to yummy restaurants! Nice area to ride bikes. Walk to beach was doable with beach cart! Owner quick to respond!

Fantastic property and fantastic week!

I’ve been coming to this area all my life, and stayed at many homes and condos in the area. For a family of seven with kids ranging from 21 months to 16, this house was absolute perfection. Everyone had their own space, and plenty of room for the family to gather. The kids loved the pool, and the short walk to the beach and no stairs was great. We loved everything about this house, and Diana could not have been more gracious and helpful. Due to Hurricane Michael, we only got to spend a fraction of our stay, but we definitely want to come back. I hope that the Tibbs family are safe, and their homes sustained minimal damage, and life returns to normal for this magical place we love so much.
