Condo was just as advertised. Kids loved the roomy queen size bunk beds. Queen bed in other room was comfortable as well. We would have liked to have a dresser in each room, there is a closet in each room but limited space to store all ski clothes and regular clothes. Kitchen was very nice and had tons of amenities, spices, utensils, pans, etc. Made it easier to make meals. Yellow Line bus stop was right out our door and a short 5 minute ride to Winter Park village. Clubhouse is right next to condo, the 3 hot tubs, a sauna, and a pool made it relaxing after a day of skiing. Parking was just up a short set off stairs from 1st floor condo. Dining room table was spacious, the lamp above dining room table got hot as it has old style bulbs. Great stay would definitely rent again.

Great location. Fun area. We only had one hiccup on the day of our arrival. We arrived to the place not being cleaned from the last renters. I contacted the manager and he said it would be cleaned the following day. We were compensated and all was well. I would recommend this property.

We came up to Winter Park for a 2 day snowboarding trip with our dog. We had a blast and this was the perfect place to unwind. Only 5-10 minutes from the park and 2-5 minutes to good food. Would like to stay again!

This was perfect for our family of 5! Minutes from the slopes, well stocked kitchen for making meals at home, clubhouse hot tub within steps, and more!

Again, our stay was wonderful. We will come back for a 3rd time in the near future!

My husband and I spent the weekend in Winter Park and this property had everything we were looking for! The ground level unit was nice and quiet and everything was updated and modern! Property manager, Tyler, was very responsive and easy to work with! We would plan on staying here again any season, but the aspen trees were perfectly golden and it was the ultimate fall weekend!

The property contained everything needed for a relaxing get away! It is conveniently located in a scenic neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the fireplace on chilly evenings. My only complaint is that the platform bed in the master bedroom is dangerous and painful for someone with limited field of vision - I ran into every time I got in or out of bed and have egg sized knots on my shins.

For starters, it was clean. That’s the one thing with vacation rentals that’s hit or miss and it was clean. Second it was completely as expected if not better. We have stayed at some places where the patio faces a junkyard or there are really wide angle photos with no square footage and the photos overpromise. The place was great. Everything you needed. The location was fantastic. Right on the edge of downtown WP and also were able to walk out the back door and choose tons of hiking trails. My husband biked Trestle daily, and our dog and I hiked up to the resort (2.5 miles) to meet him or take the gondola up for more hiking. When he (dog) wasn’t passed out from excitement, he was glued to the sliding glass doors watching chipmunks. Will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our time here. We felt they had everything we needed to have a wonderful time. We are satisfied with our stay, the pool and hot tub and even a little trail to walk up the hill to the other condo’s. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The property was walking distance to the concert venue and great restaurants. The property was clean and the development was very quiet! The beds were so, so comfortable!

We wanted to get away up to the mountains for a couple nights, and this was a great place. Close to trails and town. Very clean, and easy to get to. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay for a short ski trip. The condo is a little small for 5 adults but we had a good time. Very convenient to the hot tub! We appreciated the spacious kitchen.

Had a wonderful time at Austin's place. Very nice accommodations at a great price. It wasn't as clean as we typical expect, but we realize that has been occurring during covid due to staffing shortages. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for the 4 of us and our dog. The kids loved the indoor pool/hot tubs and big bunk beds. We loved the close proximity to town, fireplace and how easy everything was!

This place was perfect for we time in Winter Park. We had everything we needed plus extra. The best was the comfy beds. Sometimes in these places it’s perfect but the beds suck. All the beds were so comfortable, they weren’t someone’s leftovers. It was great.

This condo was perfect for myself, husband & our dog. The condo was very clean, perfect location for mountain biking at Trestle & the backcountry trails as well as within walking distance to downtown Winter Park. The host was amazing & answered all our questions. We can’t wait to book this condo again in the near future. We can’t say enough good things about our stay here!

The unit is in great shape, decorated very nicely, comfortable, and well stocked with bedroom and kitchen necessities. The location is very convenient - right next to the community center with easy access to the pool and hot-tubs, and only a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants. We had our two dogs with us, and they enjoyed the walk around the neighborhood and ample squirrels and birds to stare at! Our only complaint was very minor: it would have been nice to have more variety of pillows, but also we should just remember to bring our own pillows when traveling like this. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is what I expect from a VRBO... good location and facilities. The swimming pool, deck, spices, extra toothbrushes were a nice bonus. We loved that our dog could join and go potty right out the door. Thanks.

Reasonable price and all the comforts of home!

The pictures do not do this property justice, it is a very short walk into town and a first floor oasis. The two bedroom two bath was more than expected. Very clean and functional place which was also cozy and comfortable. The fireplace was a nice touch as was the Wi-Fi and chairs on the outside patio. Nestled into the trees, The property is very accessible and enjoyable to stay up. Austin was a great host!

Perfect spot close to town and resort with clubhouse access out the back door! Loved our stay and hope to return sometime!

Nicely remodeled unit, as close as you can get to the Winter Park base while still being walking distance to the main strip in the town of Winter Park. It's also on the trail system, allowing for riding and hiking right out the door. Overall, it was an excellent value for the location and quality of the condo.

We had a great time at this condo. It had everything we needed for our family of 5. The owner was extremely responsive. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. This condo is on our list to return to.

Plenty of room for a family and very cozy place! Eldest cried to come back!
