Beautiful location and property has direct access to beach. Light and airy decor, roomy 3 bedrooms with lovely crisp bed linen. Very well equipped with bbq, all kitchen appliances and outdoor dining area. Beach towels and hairdryer kindly provided.

Property was perfect and lots of facilities in Pottsville - supermarket, shops, cafés ...but all a good 15- 20min walk from the property. Local taxi facilities rather limited so car would be recommended. 10am check out was early by European standards but seems the norm in Australia.

Simplicity of the house & absolutely great location to the surf. Also walking distance to clubs, cafe's etc.

Beautiful property. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Loved the wild life. Nice and quiet at night. The hosts had left us a bottle of red which was a very nice touch thanks.

We were down from QLD so were a little cold. Perhaps a heater could help with the cooler weather. Also recommend perhaps a dryer also to help get clothes dried in the colder months. Other than that, we had everything we needed.

This place is absolutely superb and the special note was awesome! The rooms, bathrooms and amenities are very well equipped. Love the location and the gardens are beautiful.

Tha Palms Beach House was an incredible home away from home. The house and garden were immaculate, and had everything we expected and more. Fully equipped and modern kitchen, comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms, multiple streaming services on TV, expansive backyard, BBQ, and driveway for parking. The owner even had a bottle of wine for our arrival! It was the perfect location to have a quiet day at the beach - just a few steps from the backyard! Or you can do a 30-min drive down to Byron Bay for a lively day, or 1 hour up to Gold Coast for even more activities. Already thinking of when to book this property again!

Maybe blinds for privacy and an exhaust fan in the bathrooms to prevent moisture buildup.
