We were all very satisfied with our stay. Loved that it was updated, clean, and stocked with just about everything you could need. So close to the beach!! Only thing I would suggest is to clean the washing machine. Noticed mold along the rubber seal which is very common, I know. But overall we would definitely stay here again, especially in 13D since it was updated and modern. Definitely recommend!!

This was a spring break trip for my family of four with two daughters (10+13). We had a blast. The area has a ton to do! This unit was outstanding and probably the best in our opinion. Tastefully decorated and has everything you could need for a fun beach vacation including cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards etc. We hope to be back next year!

Really loved our stay. Perfect area to walk to restaurants. The beach and pool were great to rotate. The unit was nicely decorated and looked very new. Also, appreciated communicating with the owner. She was super responsive.

We had a wonderful getaway with family for a short vacation. The place was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of amenities. The check in process was super easy, and the place could not have had a better location! Overlooking the pool and took less than 2 minutes to get to the sand/beach, it was perfect for us as we had an infant! The only suggestion I would have is the front door didn't have a blind on it, so adding one would help maintain privacy, but that is more a personal preference and not anything wrong with the stay! It was wonderful, and we would absolutely come back! We would love to book more than one unit and bring more family. 10/10 would recommend and would return!

Quiet little community with easy access to a beautiful beach. Very clean and well supplied condo right next to the pool. Perfect!

The property was great. The apartment was comfortable, well stocked, the view was fantastic, close to restaurants and Publix. The wi-if was strong. My only complaint, that is out of everyone’s control was the red tide, it prevented us from ever being able to go into the beach or even being able to sit by the beach.

Very well maintained property. Super close pool and beach access. Loved every minute of our stay!!! Washer and dryer inside the Unit was an added plus.. we loved watching Shark Week, during Shark Week😆. Lots of quality time and great memories with our family and friends. Will definitely be back. Absolutely adorable beachfront villa! Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Steps to the beach with a beautiful view from the huge windows. Restaurants across the street and a little market for any needs. You can park your car and never get back in it till you need to leave if you want! Perfect location. Feels like home and vacation at the same time. We will be going back and staying at Sunny Side Up for sure!
