The staff and view were excellent. Victoria was in constant communication and was attentive. We had a room right on the water with a beautiful terrace where we had the most delicious breakfast each morning.

The air conditioner stopped working at night and it became very uncomfortable since there was no fan. The shower head didn’t stay fixed and ended up smacking me in the head. This will hopefully get fixed for the next person staying in our room.

The views are stunning and the food is fantastic.

Victoria was very helpful to make sure we enjoy our stay. They have very good restaurant and bar. Make sure you reserve ahead. The bar and the restaurant are different with different timing. Recommend to try the boat2go near them.

When you reach lecco make sure you ask the hotel which bus to take and the timings. Taxi not common and expensive. The bus stop is 50m from the hotel but you need to know the schedule.

The view from the balcony was spectacular! Book very early to ensure a balcony room. The restaurant is fantastic. Vassena is in a quiet hamlet 15 minutes from Bellagio and was fantastic to be away from the crowds. There is also boat, kayak and paddle board hire

A note to travellers- without a car you are restricted by last bus and ferry times at 6pm from Bellagio. Taxi’s are none existent. It is really easy to get here during the day by train and bus Milan-Lecco train Lecco- Vassena bus or ferry. Cost pp. €8pp compared to taxi €€179. We loved travelling to other towns in the day and having dinner at the hotel. It is such a romantic setting!

Amazing location right on the lake. Small boutique hotel in quiet location! Very relaxing away from crowds of Bellagio (approximately 20mins by bus). Recommend to book lake view room. Breakfast on your own small balcony overlooking the lake - priceless! Great restaurant at the bottom of the hotel but you must book. The property host, Victoria, was very nice and helpful.

Amazing property right on Lake Como. The staff were so lovely, the restaurant Almolo5 was delicious and the daily breakfast was a great way to start each day. The manager was so lovely and helpful providing information on tours and things to do during our stay. Other cities on the lake are easily accessible with a ferry right outside the hotel. Perfect stay and well worth it! Thank you again.

Having breakfast with the lake view was great! And everything was so delicious! Location is awesome! Also the boat tour was so enjoyable!

Hotel is in a great location. You feel everything about lake Como and Italy. But you need a car if you stay in Lake Como. The problem is all over the Como. It’s so hard to find a taxi. And if you don’t have a car it’s so hard to travel in there. You’ll love everything about hotel but you definitely need a car!

Lovely design and very clean. great location and having the ferry pick up right next to the hotel was great. Great staff and very accomodating especially with regards to local recomendations and places to visit.

Breakfast on the balcony was the highlight. Building is modern and rooms finished nicely if a little small. Free use of E bikes was great for a cycle to Bellagio

The stunning and priceless lake view with an outstanding breakfast served on the room balcony! High quality beds, very nice bathrooms and super-friendly staff. Not cheap but worth the money. Further there is a really good restaurant for dinner also with lake view in the same building which we highly recommend. 15 minutes drive to Bellagio. We really liked it.

Everything! Absolutely amazing. Victoria was so kind and helpful, very accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous, the view is spectacular, and the food in the restaurant is incredible. And the breakfast delivery straight to the room was just a lovely touch.

it was in this beautiful little village right on the water. we had the most amazing view, the rooms were stunning and the staff was great.

Firstly the location of the property is perfect as it is right beside the ferry and the bus stop is only a 1 minute walk away so accessibility was fantastic. The actual property was beautiful, the rooms are small but they are so clean and tidy. The style of the room was gorgeous it was a rustic room with the most unbelievable view of lake como! The host Victoria is absolutely fantastic as she is not only so helpful and polite but incredibly knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast was incredible too and you can have it in the balcony to that amazing view of the lake. This place looks exactly like the pictures and they don’t do justice to how beautiful the hotel and place is. The restaurant is also fantastic, from the incredible food to the most fantastic service from Brian and Franco they are so knowledgeable about the food and the wine, and they are a great laugh too and friendly.
