Two senior citizens rented this property Jan-Mar '24. Outstanding communication and responsiveness. Kudos to Julie and David. Single story,no stairs, plenty of room for guests. Pool/spa excellent. We paid for pool heat and worked perfectly all winter. Very clean, well stocked with necessities. The ONLY caveat is that next door property at 409 is rented by the week which may spoil your ambience at times. Otherwise, five stars.

We have been coming to Florida for two decades now and without a doubt this property was one of the best we have been to. I assume it has recently been updated as the house was of a very good standard. The pool and spa were fabulous but it was the little touches that made the difference. The owners/property management of this property left no stone unturned. They have put everything in the house that you could possibly need. It felt like they cared about this home and how we enjoyed it. My entire family were very impressed with the attention to detail with this home. We looked after it as if it were our own as it deserves this and not many property’s have such thought put into them. Congratulations and Thankyou for taking the time to make your home so geared towards us visiting.

This VRBO property was the perfect fit for our family!! 25 minutes from Disney and the tourist areas meant we had access and also quiet/downtime when we needed it. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave everyone a freedom to have privacy or gather together in the spacious living/dinning area. So many extras provided to enjoy as well. A games room, tv apps, books, board games and info pamphlets on local attractions/experiences/dining etc was a huge bonus! And of course the pool and hot tub!!! Kids never get enough of that!
The safety of the gated community was a worry off a travelling adults mind.
A 5 ⭐️ experience without a doubt!

Great experience only issue was the pool didnt get hot and jacuzzi wasn't working properly but overall the experience was great and I would rent it again.

Excellent place
We had a wonderful stay and the house was beautiful. We really enjoyed having our own pool and the one small snag we had with something the management company was there in 15 min. I was very impressed and would happily stay there again.

Great property
The house was exactly as expected and we enjoyed the time there. The only thing that could have been better is the game room. It was so hot in there that we could not enjoy it. There was no Ac and the fan they had in there just did not help. Over all we enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider going back to the property.

Great Stay in Davenport
Our stay went very well! The house is very clean, and perfect for a family to have fun, enjoy the pool, and visit Orlando fun spots!
The house on the left is a little closer than the one on the right. We only had neighbors on our left during our stay, who for the mot part were not terribly loud. The owner was responsive when we first booked but I didn't hear back for a an inquiry once we got there which concerned me because I wasn't sure about a couple of things -- I'm assuming that my concerns were nothing considering I didn't hear back ;-P I would recommend this house.
