General lay out of the premises 2 places operating as one Lack of response to request nade

The food was very good and the room was spacious

No phone in the room. I stayed on a weekend and the noise from the bars was a nightmare. I would advise earplugs if you are staying at the front of this hotel. I paid 360 euros for two nights it was not worth the money at all.

The staff were excellent met such a nice guy on arrival and was so helpful and chatty extremely customer oriented. Organised us a taxi and just went over and above for us. Breakfast was delicious. We'll done guys highly recommended

Phone didn’t work. Restaurant and pub were closed for whatever reason. Breakfast at The Atlantic next door was poor, overpriced, not fully stocked and they started cleanup at 1130, not the advertised 12. Not once did the server check on me or bring a bill. After my asking she only said “15”. Took my money and left. I never went back for any meals.

Offer some modicum of service and value in restaurant. Have a useable phone.

The property is in a great location. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were excellent. Declan was so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

The Staff. They were most helpful and accommodating. Very clean apart from the dirty sock hanging from the smoke alarm and phone that did not work which was particularly relevant in my case as a disabled person who can become an emergency at any time. Location.

It had no disability facilities in the rooms or even the public toilets Bathrooms in rooms had no grab handles and were miniscule . No ramps, levers or grab handles. No lift. At 150euro per night it was very disappointing. The Staff were superb especially the young woman server (not meant to be condescending) that looked after me so well and helped when I had a problem. A special thank you to her. Under different circumstances I would have been very happy but definitely not on this occasion.
