We provide all the essentials needed to give you a more enjoyable experience. Included in your rental at no additional charge are: 10x10 pop-up canopy, 5 camping chairs, Small fold-up table for outdoors, Linens (no charge, but must be added on to the rental if you need linens), 12-quart Coffee Maker and Electric water kettle, Knives and utensils, Paper plates and bowls, Paper towels, Dish soap, Pots and pans, Broom & dust pan, trash bags, and all-purpose cleaner, Hand soap, RV toilet paper, Water hose and power hookups/converter, First aid kit, TV and DVD/ Blu Ray player. $50 Pet Fee per Animal is limited to dogs and cats up to 50lbs. $100 Prep and Sanitation Fee is required for all rentals. This is required to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. An additional $400 Cleaning fee will be added if the rental is returned in an extremely dirty condition (extremely dirty condition includes but not limited to: excessive dirt or sand, dirty or stained upholstery; inside or outside of the rental). To avoid this charge, please return the rental in the same condition as you picked up. $50 Dumping Fee (Required) $50 Fueling Fee plus the cost of gas per gallon will be added if the rental is not returned with a full tank. Refuel if you would like to avoid these charges. $50 Late Drop Off fee will be assessed if the RV is dropped off 2 hours after the scheduled drop off time. An additional $50 will be added for every hour thereafter up to $200 total. 100 miles per night. $.55 cents per mile that exceeds the total trip allotment. For example, a 10 night booking has a total allotment of 1000 miles. The RV was driven 1100 miles during the trip. 100 miles overage x $.55 = $55.00 overage.
