Good location, nice ascomodations. Kids enjoyed the extra space downstairs. Counter tops were dirty when we arrived but cleaned up easily. Electronic trash can in kitchen does not work so had to prop it open. Should just put a regular trash bin in.

Great big house with a lot of rooms and bathrooms. The two living rooms were great as our large group didn’t always want to watch the same movie. The neighborhood was quiet and had big wide roads great for taking a walk.

House is in a great location, nice view of the pines, good space but could definitely use some updates-very dark downstairs, terrible water pressure in the master bathroom no accessible closet in the master bedroom, in need of new window treatments especially in the master bedroom where the cords were broken and drapes we’re falling off their hooks

IT HAD A LOT OF INSECTS, FUMIGATING IS NEEDED AND THE HEATING IS VERY DIFFICULT TO MANAGE THE HOT ROOMS WHILE THE COMMON AREAS COLD, IT WAS NOT CLEAN YOU SEE GARBAGE UNDER THE FURNITURE OTHER THAN THAT VERY GOOD THANK YOU

Great house given that we booked very late.
The house suited our group very well. It was close to Homewood and Tahoe city, had all of the amenities we needed for our group of 10 + 2 dogs, and the property was a lot of fun for all to play outside in the snow. Great sledding accommodations in the yard, and eass for two cars to park in the driveway. Note that there is no garage and the snow shovels provided were plastic and flimsy (and partially broken), but we had a great time nonetheless and would recommend this house to others. The house was well insulated and heated up quickly, but the water pressure in the showers was not the best.
The property managers were also very accommodating and responsive.

Great Chambers House
This house is ideal for families! It has multiple living spaces and 5 bedrooms. My family of 4 went up with good friends, a family of 5 and we all had a ton of room. Location is amazing and the private beach and pool access is perfection.
Note for owner, you should have a baby gate so that people with young kids can block off the stairs.
