We just wanted to get away and it was perfect!! All of the food we had was great. Definitely will stay again. Thank you.

The place is beautiful BUT... The fireplace didn't work and we were not notified before hand. The upstairs is a sauna and the downstairs is a freezer. You crank the heat and it just gets hotter upstairs without any improvement downstairs. When notifying the host she just said she "can see the heat is on... is it not working?" No hot water for showering. Host reply "I wish I would have known these issues earlier. Will keep you posted" but no further communication..

We had a very nice time in this tastefully furnished condo! We have small kids and they loved the books and toys!

We rented the Lumberyard Loft space for a sibling reunion with guests from Iowa, South Dakota, and Pennsylvania. We enjoyed exploring the Pepin area and also just relaxing and reminiscing in the comfortable living room and kitchen. Daily walks along the lakeshore we’re also a highlight of our stay. We appreciated the excellent and helpful management.

COPY of the letter i sent to the property manager BEWARE before you consider renting this property Jill As I sent you multiple pictures ( I have over 30 total) I thought I would sum up our 2day stay Part :1 1.Cob webs through out many areas of the house 2. Glasses in the cupboards,( we had to clean almost 40% of them) 3. Blender filthy needed to be cleaned to use 4. Major filth to stove inside 5. The coffee maker obviously has never been cleaned and was unusable 6. Mouse poop in one of the kitchen drawers 7. And last night we had surprise visitors Black ants on our food on the kitchen table 8. Major problems with paint peeling throughout the house, plaster holes filled and not painted, multiple spots throughout the house that were re plastered poorly and not painted, multiple tables with either heat or burn spots( and you say in your rental agreement you will charge people for this) how about fixing them! I could go on but I think you get the idea This rental was not as described and not as promised condition. I ask you to consider a partial or full refund as you the landlord misrepresented the property we rented, and you were less than clear with disclosures of problems you were experiencing with structural problems. My guess is you will also experience mold problems if you do not address the above. water damage problems, that when we spoke you were aware of but never disclosed. I am shocked at the condition of the property as we have good friends that own two very large homes on the water on scenic place just a mile from you, and after visiting their home we expected more from other locals.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pictures accurately depict condo. Conveniently located to shops and wineries. Perfect for our ladies getaway. Highly recommend.

The property is very nice and in a good location. Overall we had a nice stay.

We appreciated the roomieness of the rental. It was a fun time. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious and well supplied, and we enjoyed the patio. On the negative side, the place wasn't very clean, it hadn't been dusted, the bathroom rugs were filthy downstairs. The garbage was on top of the hill full when we got they so we had to dispose of our own garbage. The dishwasher wasn't working well so we cleaned the filter and the sprayer wand in the bottom was not in place so we also fixed that. The garbage disposal didn't work at all, the tv in Masters bedroom did not work, the grease pan on the gas grill had been running over prior to our stay so there was grease under the grill. We did empty it and try to come some of the grease off concrete. When we arrived the patio area had been mowed but all the concrete was full of grass which would have tracked in house so we found a broom. The bottom sheet on our bed had a good size hole in it when we opened the bed. The washer would go out of balance badly so we weren't able to do our laundry. The dirty furnace filter was still in the laundry room. There were sheets in the dryer so we folded them. There were kitchen towels and rags still in washer that were dirty. There were only 2 hand towels when we got there and not enough wash clothes. They did bring extra right away. In general we expected things in better order for the price we paid. For that price we expected it to be clean. We were not there early so they had plenty of time to clean better. We were offered no partial refund for inconvenience.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Breeze Condo at Lumberyard Lofts!! A beautiful interior space cozy, chic, comfy, all the room we needed for 6 adults and 4 kiddos under 5…loved the large soaker tub, the bunk bed rooms were favorite for all the kiddos…like their own fort, play space…Speaking of place space the hidden playroom for the children was one of the cutest things any of us adults had ever seen and our kids used it every day definitely a favorite… we absolutely loved the backyard courtyard we had s’more’s we played some low music with a fire a couple of nights… We so enjoyed the convenience of the cutest little grocery/liquor store/candy store across the street… The restaurants, the beach, so much within walking distance a true treasure of a getaway… We cannot wait to visit again🙌 Thank you Jill for all your help and making it such a easy, fun experience for all☺️

Property was big with plenty of room for all of us. 8 kids and 8 adults

Overall, this was a great rental. Jill was exceptional with communication, providing details and answering questions promptly, and ensuring our group had what it needed. The location of this property is excellent with a short walk to the beach, to the marina, to the public boat launch, and to various restaurants (Pickle Factory) and local bars. The owner also supplied beach towels and sunscreen which was a definite perk for our group of 9. My only recommendations are the following 1) if staying with a large group, ensure you’re looking for a quiet weekend. There is a 50 decibel sound threshold and a multi-room sound monitoring system in place. So if your group cannot keep quiet, I would recommend another location. 2) Bring your own condiments. There is a gas station very close by should you forget these things, but something to be considered for the future.

From the outside it doesn't look too promising but the inside is spacious and has a good bedroom set up. The biggest issue we had was how dirty the place was. There were cob webs everywhere, the dishes were hardly clean, there was old medicine left in the cabinets. We moved a couch to make room and there was old dog bones and kid toys and so much dirt underneath it. The beds and bathrooms were clean but that was about it. The location was great for the town - but the dirtiness of the place took that over.

The layout of this house was great for our group of 12. The property is even better than the photos. Had a couple cleanliness issues but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The property was well kept and accurate in its description. We really enjoyed how close it was to pickle factory and harbor view cafe.

Post a picture of the front of the house, It was difficult to find in the dark. Inside the home was very up to date and plenty of blanket and pillows.

We had 12 people (6 couples) stay at this property as we were getting married at Villa Bellezza in Pepin. It's a super nice place. Sleeping options are a bit limited beyond 9 people so we had to use some air mattresses but that worked fine, there's plenty of space on the floor. Would recommend.

Beautiful home but the cleaning fee is quite high! Small things like dust on floors and doorways, needed vacuuming and very smudged doors and windows. Cobwebs everywhere. Also laundry room was disgusting.

We had a great time, the property was in a great location and the property was well maintained.

We really enjoyed the location and property for our girls' weekend getaway. The place was perfect with just a little "issue" with the door keypad that wouldn't work when we came back from exploring so maintenance was called. We panicked a bit but the owners quickly responded. We would definitely stay here again! Lovely time and place.

We were in town for a family wedding and this home was everything we needed. It was clean and had adequate kitchen and living room space for our family. I would recommend this home to anyone!

A large group of friends (13 of us) wanted to do a small getaway, and this was the perfect setup and location to comfortably house us! We had a great time, there was plenty of space, and the pictures truly don't do it justice. Everything was nearly perfect. My only complaint, and it's a minimal one, is the chemicals in the hot tub were far too strong. We actually weren't able to stay in there -- we all left sneezing and eyes watering. I am thinking this might have just been a one off because I didn't see the same thing mentioned in other reviews. Other than that one small issue, everything was truly excellent! We would love to stay again!

This place said it was good for up to 15 people...and it did have plenty of room. Nice set up, close to the lake and the pictures of the place were accurate. Getting the Direct TV to work took a little doing but otherwise it was a good place for our family.

Went for a gals weekend which included 12 adults. Location was great, short walk to everything including the Winery about a mile up the road. The house had space for all to sleep. I agree with another review, the bottom bunk bed is suitable for one, but not two adults. Having the use of air beds was welcomed and we used all of them. The hot tub was a nice feature. Great place that I'm sure will rent from again.

Property was great for our group of about 10 people. Close to everything in Pepin. Hot tub was an amazing way to start and end a day!

Very nice property - easy location, nice rooms and central entertaining area very nice. When we arrived, neat, many cobwebs and dust. Lower bunk bed is a full - not suited for two people. Rest of bedrooms very nice. Garbage collection at curb full when we arrived and thus happy to take out our trash, had to place next to bin. Would go again with improvement of lower bunk bed and improvement with trash collection or bigger container if more than one visitor per garbage collection session.

We had 3 families boat to Pepin and stay in this property. Plenty of room for everyone with a very large kitchen. Only two bathrooms (which we knew going in) but other than that everything was fine. There is a gas grill and a charcoal grill in the fenced in back yard (we didn't realize this so we brought our own). Only a short two block walk to the marina, a grocery store across the street and bars, restaurants and coffee shops close too! Overall very pleased with our stay, thank you!

We spent two nights for my daughters wedding and our stay was great. The house turned out nicer than we thought based on the pictures online

We went for a girls weekend and had a blast. The house is awesome. Lots of space and beds. A great backyard. Was too hot for the hot tube but I’d love to go back this winter. The town of pepin does not disappoint either. Thank you for a wonderful weekend
