We got an upgrade which was super nice. Our room was spacious and very clean. It’s a nice and calm place within 5 min walking of the lake where it’s more crowded. The host is very friendly and gives recommendations when asked.

Our room had no door to the en suite! Do not like the lack of privacy! Would prefer breakfast on site rather than a cold, delivered basket. Friends room had significant number of ants!! No hot water one morning!! Shower not able to stay fixed in overhead clamp!

very close to the lake, big comfortable bed, great rainfall shower, nice spaces to sit for breakfast and drinks, host very responsive to any issues. Providing dressing gowns is a nice touch.

The hand held shower was broken and we seemed to be expected to fix it ourselves. they provided the cable and handset but we didn't have the means to get the old one off. The fake leather bed shed little bits everywhere and there were a lot of ants.

The hotel was warm and welcoming. The rooms were tastefully decorated , extremely clean with a good range of amenities. The hotel had a fully equipped kitchen with facilities to make your stay more than comfortable. The location was perfect with a very short walk to the lake and a choice of restaurants around.

Very clean, comfortable and big room with a great location to explore Bled. The room was quiet, corresponded to the description and the check in was organised well.

The room was quite cold. Also, the owner of the property had very poor communication skills, basically nagging me from day one with confusing messages to make the payment through unorthodox payment methods and being passive aggressive. At the end, he also charged me twice for the stay, which Booking.com kindly reversed. I never experienced such treatment which unfortunately left a bitter taste despite the otherwise decent accommodation.

The double bed was incredibly noisy when somebody moved. We had to put one of the mattresses on the floor (it was a double bed with split mattresses) to sleep on, and then it was ok

Vila Alice is a beautiful old villa and located within very easy walking distance of the lake. We had a beautiful room on the groundfloor, nicely decorated and with wonderful L’Occitane Verveine soap in the bathroom. Bed linen in old pink and brownish colours instead of the standard hotel white :) Breakfast with local Slovenian products was delivered in the morning, and was very complete and tasty :)

I do prefer a door between the bathroom/toilet and sleeping area… The road was also a bit noisier than I had thought beforehand.

Lovely room with extra facilities such as a communal garden, hot tub and small kitchen. The best of a hotel and AirBnB combined, and amazing location (5 min walk or less to the lake) - would highly recommend.

We loved the Villa! Location is absolutely perfect and the views from the house are beautiful. Also we Made use of the garden and pool area which was really nice.

No airco, which made it warm because we had some hot days. Also pikkies were very thin, but that is personal preference. Also we did not see any staff at any time. So it felt more like an apartment, but that was fine with us!!

Located close to Lake Bled, only a few minutes walk. Also within an easy walk of many great restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere from Vila Alice. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchen available to use for guests with fridge and cooking facilities. Vila Alice was quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

No room clean over 4 night stay, you can request change of towels but it would have been nice to have room freshened up. Some other guests don't clean kitchen after they use it so it can be left messy at times, though this didn't bother us so much as we only used the fridge.
