The roomed were clean and big. We stayed here for one night and decided to come back for two more nights. The staff was AMAZING, so helping, she even helps us carry out very big and heavy bags upstairs. Just lovely, and super thoughtful. The breakfast was great. The whole experience was very warm and welcoming, would totally recommend and will absolutely come back to this wonderful hotel.

The hotel decorations are very cinematic and comfortable facilities. I love to spend time in pretty yard during my breakfast. And it’s my truly pleasure to meet Marie-Laure - the manager. She is super nice! She upgraded my single room to double room with a beautiful bay view.

Lovely breakfast - good, fresh bread and viennoiserie. Coffee/tea and quality fruit juice unlimited. Helpful and flexible arrangement to leave baggage for collection after checkout. Genuinely attentive management - professional and friendly. Lovely atmosphere.

Great atmosphere and very lovely and helpful manager. Great location with a charming garden, easy walk to the beach and city center. The mini-fridge in the room was handy and I liked the spacious sink area in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and the coffee tasted great.

Staff were friendly, room was lovely, very clean and maintained properly everyday, cute little intimate place, air con was delightful to come back to during such hot days.

Nothing really, the location of the hotel is on a slight hill, that's probably the worst I could come up with.

The location is great. Only a couple of minutes to Earl's Court tube line, and about a 15-minute walk to Kensington high street.

No lift and there were a lot of stairs. We didn't get offered help with our bags which would've been nice since we were on the top floor. The bathroom in our room stunk, and we didn't feel comfortable using the shower as there was a 500-pound fee if the shower leaks (and it does). The bed was snapped in two and held together with a beam. If you're overweight, I wouldn't trust it... And lastly, for a two-star hotel, how are there so many mystery stains on all four walls? It just makes the room feel so much dirtier than it actually is..

15min walk from the main city centre, the hotel is based in a typical English style residence. Rooms are confortable with AC and Wi-Fi.

Parking wasn’t available during my stay but there is a covered parking space 10min walk from the hotel, unless you are lucky and find a free off-street parking space :-)

I had a terrible stay, I did not sleep entire 4 nights, room was in front of the kitchen and reception and without any soundproof door or separation. Staff was RUDE, last night they did not clean my room and I got no fresh towels... was it on purpose because I complained about the noise? Lady at the reception was RUDE, she had no class no manners how to behave with guests at all!
