Lovely, spacious home in a great location. Would absolutely go again.

Perfectly located for our long weekend visit to Healdsburg. Easy 10-minute drive to town to enjoy wonderful coffee hangouts, restaurants and shopping, and plenty of great wineries within a 20-minute drive. Oliver's Market is an even shorter drive - no words for how wonderful it is! The home is very well equipped inside and out. We enjoyed cooking dinner one of the evenings and eating al fresco. The private backyard is delightful with its pool/spa, bbq, conversation seating around the gas fireplace, and pretty strung lights. The trail system accessible from the house was an added bonus for daily dog walks. Hosts Barry and Sue provided lots of excellent advice on the area and the check-in/check-out process was communicated well and went smoothly. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

The house was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for- 15 min from pretty much anything we wanted to do, and the pool and hot tub were an amazing way to relax after a day of wine tasting. The house is just as pictured. Barry and Sue were great communicating with before and during our stay. They were very responsive and gave us great recommendations prior to arriving. We would definitely book again if we can make it out to Wine Country again!

This property was a perfect getaway for six friends visiting Sonoma County for a long weekend. Its prime location between Santa Rosa and Healdsburg provided ample opportunity for exploring the area's many offerings. The backyard is a great spot to hang out during the day (pool, cornhole, and other yard games) or evening (outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and fireplace). The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and has modern appliances, the bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds, the clean bathrooms have several amenities, and the hosts were amiable and communicative. I highly recommend this house and host.

The property was immaculate, check in process simple, suggestions in the “Welcome Book” were spot on for us. Quiet, fenced backyard and pool made for a very relaxing week. Location was central to all the areas we wanted to explore.

Great location and fabulous amenities. We all enjoyed the stay. This is a big enough house with great amenities where we all enjoyed the house. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would definitely like to visit here again.

4 women celebrating a 50th birthday. House looks just like the photos! Beautiful backyard, we used the pool and the hot-tub every day. Owner were great with wine recommendations and drivers (we went with tony at wine country confidential). Beds were all very comfortable, great master bedroom and bathroom, would definitely stay there again!

My friends & I stayed here for my 40th birthday. It was such a pleasant stay & we had everything we needed. There was a binder for instructions & pointers around town. Barry & Sue were very attentive in communication.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, clean, well-appointed home. The interior is very comfortable and the backyard is exceptional! The pool, spa and outdoor kitchen are great after an afternoon exploring the area’s wineries. Sue and Barry thought of everything and made our stay enjoyable.

Very comfortable house for 4 couples with well furnished kitchen and an awesome back yard. Central location for visiting different regions in the area - we went to Napa Valley, Dry Creek region and Sonoma area. Had a great time and would definitely come back.

This house is completely set up for a family vacation. It’s not for those with small kids— but young adults as well as older ones will appreciate its calm and all the attributes. If you want to cook/ grill, all the accoutrements are there. The house itself is very comfortable and clean. The location makes it easy to enjoy many towns, restaurants and wineries. The hosts respond quickly to any questions and offer tips. Highly recommend.

8 adults (4 couples) enjoyed our stay. These are THE most responsive and informative hosts we have encountered. Our group enjoyed wineries, breweries, biking, hiking, and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. The house was comfortable and well- furnished. I would highly recommend this place!

The house is just as portrayed in the pictures, and the owners are great to interact with, very nice and helpful. The best part of this VRBO for our family is the amazing park across the street. It has numerous hiking trails and tennis courts. We used the park every morning...before heading to our wine tastings!

So close to everything, fully stocked and great owners. Room for everyone too- great for a group.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for us to visit multiple winery locations in the area, the ones we visited were all a 20-40 minute drive. We were able to get to the coast in an hour to visit Bodega Bay, took a few hike waks in the Foothills which was just across the street! Multiple dining and store locations within a short drive. We had flown into San Francisco, which was less than and hour and half drive to the house, although it seems the Sanoma airport is close by. It was the perfect place to relax with friends and cook in between our excursions, Barry was very helpful and responsive- the outdoor area was really perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this wine country retreat. The hosts Barry and Sue reached out right after arrival to make sure we had communication with them in case we needed anything during our stay. The home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location really can’t be beat when traveling to the different valleys for wine tastings.

The home was welcoming with a fabulous outdoor space. we loved the outdoor kitchen , pool, hot top, fireplace! This home is awesome inside as well! We hope to be back. Barry and Sue wonderful to work with!

Our daughter got married in LA and this was our post-wedding trip with dear friends. This home was PERFECT to chill! Very well appointed, classy but comfy decor, large and open space, lots of small "details" that made it unique. The outdoor area is amazing and we spent much of our time outside in the pool/hot tub, sipping wine, playing cornhole, sipping wine, fireplace. We even sipped wine out there! The home is close to everything: wine, shopping, adventure and we certainly took advantage of it! Thanks Sue & Barry for sharing your special space with us. It was just what we all needed!

A family group of 7, ages 44-77, had a terrific time here. Sue and Barry quickly answered any questions we had. Questions were mostly about pool & spa due to CA blackouts and we’re resolved quickly. The house was a short drive to Dry Creek and Russian River Counties where we were tasting for the most part, and only 50 minutes to Napa. We recommend you try this place!

The house was great. Our favorite was the back yard with pool and hot tub. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for grilling our dinners. Our hosts were very reachable and helped with a small issue. I would definitely recommend this rental.

What a great place for a wine country getaway! We went on a couples trip to celebrate my birthday and it turned into my engagement! Barry and Sue were fantastic hosts. The property was just as described and the backyard amenities were perfection. We would totally stay there again and highly recommend this property. It super convenient to both Healdsburg and Sonoma and we discovered Windsor had some hidden winery gems of its own. Great place. Great experience!

This home was perfect for our adult family of 6 with dog. Barry and Sue were terrific hosts and very helpful with recommendations. Their home was clean and the back yard pool, spa, bar and fireplace Mae for relaxing oasis after a day of touring the area vineyards. We would highly recommend this as a great place to stay!

Amazing house, great location, all the amenities necessary for an awesome week visiting Sonoma and Napa. Everything was as expected based on the photos. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy being away together.

Barry and Sue are amazing hosts!!! Not only is the house immaculate and well stocked with anything you’ll need but it’s in the perfect location. The Russian River Valley, Dry Creek Valley and Alexander Valley are easily accessible. The down town has done lovely restaurants. The lovely town Healsdburg is minutes away. We would definitely stay again. Barry and Sue are a wealth of knowledge and happy to share!

Great location to host several family members. The pool was a perfect gathering space. The kitchen was very well stocked with essentials and cooking supplies. The bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed being so close to nearby Foothills Park for daily hiking and access to a variety of wineries.

First trip the Napa area. Great location with a lot of great restaurants and attractions. The house was comfortable for 5. The hosts were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing vacation!

We ended up at Barry & Sue's amazing house when our original rental in Sonoma fell through due to a sale. All, I can say is that I am so glad that original plan did not occur. Their house is a gem, fully stocked with everything you need, including a refreshing pool for the hot days and awesome hot tub and outdoor fire place for the cool Sonoma evenings (and and outdoor kitchen, which we used several times). The beds are comfortable for a good nights rest after long days of exploring all that the area has to offer (and for some much needed naps). The layout of the house gives the guests their own private areas and also ample space for group meals and gatherings. When we were not out exploring vineyards and Michelin star dining, we spent most of our time gathered around the pool or the outdoor dining area. But there were two things that made this place special. 1) Its prime location, making our time in the car and on the road minimal. We were so close to some of the best vineyards in Sonoma while also being close by to Healdsburg and other charming parts of the area. 2) Barry and Sue are amazing hosts, who provides us with award winning lists of things to do during our week long stay and they checked in to make sure the house was in order and we were having a good time. The level of communication and ease of checking in to the house put them at the top of my VRBO host list (and I have rented a let through the platform). If you are considering a trip to Sonoma (and if you are not you really should), their house should be at the top of your list. Thanks Barry and Sue!

Sue and Barry could not be easier to work with and the house has everything you could need for a perfect get away. Truly the kindness and most communicative owners I have ever dealt with. The outside pool area was the topper for all of us escaping the very rainy Seattle Spring. Great place to relax and also entertain family. We were the envy of everyone staying in the area for the wedding. All of us would 100% come again. Now we just need a reason. ;-)
