We absolutely loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again because the space accommodated our needs. The only complaints we had were 1. The room was a three bath and 2 of the 3 only had about a fourth of a roll of toilet paper. When I messaged the host about this she stated "Walmart was across the street". I didn't expect toilet paper to be provided for our 7 days, but I did expect each bathroom to have some. 2. I think I speak for everyone when I say this, as much as we pay for cleaning services I expect cleanliness. Lawd have Mercy and Bless it! is all I'm going to say.

The condo was exactly as shown in the photos, and we all had a wonderful time! We hope to turn it into an annual event, and would love to stay at your beautiful condo again next year. Thank you for making it a stress free vacation.

This condo was spacious enough for all of us to not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we needed and more for cooking. There was plenty of room to store food and kitchen items brought in with us. Lots of counter space too. The extra storage in the hallway for beach items was an awesome addition. Parking is great. The best thing about this condo was the outdoor area to leave all of your beach items. Along with the good, did come the bad. The condo was not very clean at all. I have been coming to PCB for almost 15 years, and this condo was the dirtiest I have ever seen. Nothing seemed to of been wiped down except the kitchen counters. The floors were disgusting. If we didn't wear shoes, our feet would turn black. We always walk barefoot in the condos. The rugs in the living room we very dirty too. Basically, it wasn't as clean as I would expect. There was a lack of towels provided for each bathroom. The bed in the back master bedroom has a dip in it, and it is not great to sleep on. The bedrooms have doors with slats allowing those in the room to hear what's going on in the living area easily. Not great with sleeping toddlers. Resort -The walkway to the beach was steps. The big pool wasn't well lit in pm. The elevator had some hiccups. Fixing some of the bad would have made this perfect, however, it didn't stop us from the best time! If we knew it would be cleaner, we would consider staying again!

Condo was a great location and easy to get into. Enjoyed our stay with easy beach and pool access.

I want to start by saying I payed for an extra pass which was not given to me upon arrival and took several hours to get figured out with the host. Second the condo was filthy. Dirty dishes left from previous stay, hair and dust on everything, trash left under just about everything, no wash clothes, hand towels or bath mats in one bathroom, wad of hair covering the shower drain, pills left on the floor from previous stay, one shower didn’t drain properly almost over flowing after a 25 minute shower, one tv didn’t work and went two days without tv, one bed was broke and they decided putting a brick underneath to hold it up was a good idea, sand in between the sheets( which tells me they were not clean and pretty sure some of us broke out in rashes from it), dirty towels shoved in drawers from previous stay, called the second day twice and left a voicemail to let the owner know we couldn’t lock the door and couldn’t leave. Owner didn’t get back to me about the door till hours after our check out and we stayed Saturday to Saturday so from the second day we couldn’t all leave together. Owner did offer to have cleaning lady come back but last renters paid a cleaning fee and so did I so should have been done. By far the worst condo my family has stayed in for the last 18 years we have been coming to Long Beach Resort. I seen this condo listed for sale on several sites so not sure if the owner just doesn’t care to much because she is selling.

We stayed here for 5 days. We had 3 adults and 2 children. The views shown in the pictures are exactly what you get. They are amazing! Everything is easily accessible as far as the beach/pool. Lots of places to shop/eat within walking distance. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were some things we had to go buy because they weren't provided, like beach towels, and a cooler, but other than that it was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would gladly stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay at this condo and the view was gorgeous! We cooked many meals during our stay and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The only negative might be all of the “Notes” left in every room to not sleep on quilts, etc and any stains would be dry cleaned at our expense. I mean every room had these notes and it scared us to the point we were almost afraid to touch the bedding! My suggestion might be to replace the quilts with washable/bleachable quilts so that it isn’t quite so intimidating. Other than that one negative we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The condo was very clean and very nicely decorated.

Just as advertised! Beautiful, clean and the owner was super responsive when we had a problem. We will definitively stay here again!

Everything was great, the mattress in the non sleep number bed needs replaced since it was a dip in the middle.

We visit the Panama City Beach area frequently and have stayed at the Long Beach resort several times, but this was our 1st time in this condo. We arrived at 10:30pm and found that each bedroom had a note which stated "Do Not Sleep on Pillow shams, Decorative Pillows, or on top of comforters. These ARE NOT washed each Cleaning". Each bed only had a Very Thin sheet (which were wrinkled and a mess) and one comforter (which apparently are not washed!!). There were no other blankets to sleep under leaving us to sleep under the unwashed comforter and a thin sheet. We decided to leave the property and drive across town to my sister's home to grab other blankets to use while we stayed in this condo!! The next morning I decided to wash all regular pillow cases and found that Every Pillow was old and most had Stains on them! (We took pictures!) When we looked for the coffee pot we found it put away in the cupboard and 1/2 full of moldy coffee! We threw out the old food that had been left in the refrigerator and freezer. Some of it had been there WAY Too Long-Disgusting! (We took pictures!) When grabbing a towel after showering, my towel had 8 spots of blood stains on it!! This was the worst!! (We took pictures!) The lock on the balcony door does not work. The TV cable does not work. Our extended family booked 3 different condos this week. It became the running joke for each of them to visit our condo and try laying on the extremely old, uncomfortable beds! NO One could believe how awful the bed was in the Master Suite! The other family condos were cheaper and had Much Nicer, Comfortable Mattresses. No One in our family slept well because the beds were very uncomfortable. Like I stated, we have stayed at this resort several times but never in this condo. We were extremely dissatisfied with this unit and would recommend they make several updates to mattresses, adequate bedding, clean bedding & pillows, and make sure the refrigerator & appliances are properly cleaned before new guests arrive. This is my first time leaving a Negative Comment or Review on Any Property ever. We were very disappointed and believe this needs to be reported to & addressed by the owners!

We have never had such perfect water and weather.The Condo is in a great location. We loved that all the bedrooms have a beautiful views of the ocean.We all enjoyed our stay.

Tv in bedroom would not work Called her about a few things like door not locking, another parking pass, tvs and never heard back from her....

THIS UNIT WAS EVERYTHING THAT THE LISTING HAD POSTED. THE UNIT WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED. THE VIEWS WERE WONDERFUL. WE ALL ENJOYED OUR STAY.

A great place to stay

We had a full house - total of 6 adults and two children. The owner was just awesome and cared deeply about our stay as well as making the condo more than a rental property. The owners great taste was all through the condo. At each turn there were things to make your stay a little easier including a sleep number bed, beach chairs, and 3 bathrooms! The kitchen had more than basic amenities and the patio furniture was top notch. Everything was well kept and maintained. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the unit, beautiful view & very fast elevators. There was a nice spot outside unit to park beach wagon, sandy chairs & toys. Loved that each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. There was a mix up about # of parking passes, but that was taken care of by the HOA Rep. & Property owner...Security was very helpful too.

This condo was set up perfectly, from the beachy decor to the comforts of home. The views were perfect. Watching the sun set from the balcony was amazing. Will book this condo again in the future.

Checking in was a breeze, lots of parking available, elevators were wonderful and quick. Was very loud due to the bike rally in town.

This is the best stocked and furnished home I've rented in the 4 years I've been coming to Panama City Beach. We were a group of five adults and three children. Plenty of space for all of us, and I loved the full size washer and dryer. Yvonne was quick to remedy a shortage of towels in the unit. It would be nice to have rugs near the master bedrooms beds so that sand doesn't get pulled into the sheets. (My daughter-in-law bought some rag rugs at Dollar General to stop that problem.) The elevators are quick and usually empty. We did not hear normal traffic while inside the unit. If we were in a bedroom, we might hear an emergency vehicle. I highly recommend this unit.

Our family stayed here right before Christmas. Description accurate of listing, appreciate the beach toys and chairs to use in unit, games puzzles for those chilly days. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Yvonne was a very attentive host! Our stay on Long Beach was very enjoyable and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 6. The decor is super cute plus all of the kitchen amenities you need. We shopped at a near-by Publix and it was the perfect set up. Would definitely come back again.

Was really cute, only issue I had was the rug wasn’t vacuumed and that’s where my baby was crawling around on.. I did notify the manager and she said she would address it.

First time using VRBO, the check in process I was new to, but one call to the owner and we got it squared away. Unit is spot on to the pictures. Views are amazing. Weather was a little cool for the heated pools and ocean, but the walls on the beach and proximity to restaurants was nice. Everything in the unit is laid out great with space between all 3 bedrooms. Plenty of room to spread out or gather. Everything in the unit is labeled where it goes and there are clear instructions for what is required of the tenants. Would rent from again.

We had a wonderful time in Panama City and the condo was amazing….floor to ceiling windows and beautiful sitting area on the balcony. Spacious and clean - great bedroom layout. It was a fun time for everyone 😊

The upside to this Unit: Everything is as pictured. The beds were comfortable. The recliner was a plus for my husband who has severe breathing issues. The view was gorgeous and access the beach was a huge plus. My grandchildren absolutely loved it. The downside: The unit should have had 2 parking passes provided on the counter and additional parking passes could be purchased, in advance, for a specific amount from the owner. There were no passes there when we arrived. Messaging the owner provided a quick response and she advised the cleaning person would come by and pull some out of the locked closet for us first thing in the morning. She showed up around 1 pm or so. I forgot to purchase and extra pass in advance so I was able to go down to the HOA office to purchase it and to my surprise, I find they are NOT said specific amount not more than half the price quoted.. I suggest you do wear white socks around the unit as I ruined mine. The floors are much dirtier than they look. The base boards are covered in dust and could use a good cleaning. I also cleaned the tub and one of the showers that still had hair in them. I left the dishwasher full and another load on the counter to be washed. The owner messaged me within hours of leaving telling me I left the unit very messy and she had to pay the cleaner and extra fee because of all the extra work she had to do. She stated dirty dishes were left out all over the unit and had to be soaked before they could be washed. When I responded that I did not leave dishes everywhere, she advised there was a dish in the living room. A dish in the living room is not dishes left everywhere. I washed the towels before I left. I am not sure what the cleaning fee is for if not to clean. I drove 13 hours sick and then had to fly another 6 hours and deal with multiple messages from the owner about normal items needed to be attended by any cleaning person. My grandsons spilled yoo-hoo on the bottom bunk which blead through onto the mattress. She accused us of "bleeding" on her bed. She even stated that "chocolate" does not bleed through. She came across as calling me a liar. I purchased renter's insurance for damages since I was traveling with small children but this owner does not seem to understand this is what insurance is for. The unit was nice of enough, as it should have been for amount paid to stay there but the stress after leaving leaves cause to not recommend this stay. I am still in shock.
