The house was fantastic with a nice layout so each family had their own area plus enough Adirondack chairs around the fire pit for all to use. Hot tub was wonderful, and community pool was only 30 yards from the house and was never crowded. We plan to go back next year!

This is the first of hopefully many annual vacations for our family, adult children, their spouses and children.
The moose house was great. In itself it was an explorer. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and dormer closets extra fun for children.
The kitchen was great. Lots of dishes, pots and pans to use. We cooked in every night. There were nine of us with two babies.
The clubhouse and pool are one minute away. Unexpectedly nice clean and fun.
Communication with the location manager was absolutely excellent. Any query or assistance I needed it was addressed immediately. Really liked having that comfort.
If you go into town or the beach, Everything is very close and new Buffalo is a sweet clean and family friendly place. Just like the moose house. Thank you.

The house is well maintained and the outdoor areas were fabulous. We all enjoyed the firepit and hot tub and the community swimming pool was only steps away down the hill. The location was secluded yet close enough to town to walk (a good stretch of the legs). It was an easy 2 block walk to Redamak's - the best burger place ever.

Beautiful house within walking distance of town and a quick drive to the beach. Community pool was very nice and the backyard was fantastic. Will definitely recommend

We loved the “Moose”. We had two homes cancel, one changed management, one double booked, VRBO was so helpful and we found a perfect house for our family weekend! We definitely want to go back! Thank you!

Centrally located in New Buffalo, this property has it all for a group of family or friends. It’s walkable to restaurants and brew pubs and even the beach. On property, the special amenities such as community pool, theatre room, fire pit and hot tub make Moose Lodge a gem. Property was very clean. Clear communication with the property manager and overall a great place to stay with your group!

Our stay during Christmas weekend was perfect! The house had plenty of space for our 2 families of 4, plus Grandma and our dogs. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy! The fenced in yard was so easy with our dogs. The movie room was a hit! We even watched football games on the big tv! The kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked with all the dishes and utensils. The staff was so attentive and excellent at communicating with us! We are already planning a trip back in warmer weather!

Many comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and a kitchen ideal for cooking for a large group. We enjoyed the large hot tub and fenced in backyard. The property being pet friendly was a BIG plus. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and beginner spices and oils. This property has definitely been invested in and it shows. Also the place was spotless - kept very clean. Only 5 minute drive to the lake. Sits in a quiet community. Very safe feeling area. Heat worked great for it being November in Michigan.
Only note is I wish there was a large enough kitchen table for our party to sit at. It only sat 6 people and there were 11 of us. Also it's worth noting that you have to walk through some of the bedrooms to access other bedrooms - good for kids or friends who are comfortable with each other but only 3 of the bedrooms have independent entries (this wasn't a problem for us, and would stay here again).

Great for gathering the family!
My parents, sisters and I gathered our families for my parent’s 50th Anniversary at the Moose Lodge. We had a wonderful extended weekend! It was a great house for spending time together while still giving us lots of space to spread out! The older kids loved the theater room, and we all loved gathering around the fire pit! The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of beds for us all! Other highlights were the backyard swing and hot tub, the location to walk to the park and downtown, grocery nearby, and the very responsive hosts! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a group of 8 adult friends staying at the property and we were so happy with our stay. The home is beautiful and was very clean. All the rooms and beds we super cozy and comfortable with nice furniture and decor. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us. A couple highlights were the awesome huge home theater and the hot tub which was the perfect temperature! The neighborhood was nice, quiet and felt very safe, plus is a great location close to restaurants and bars in downtown New Buffalo. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The Wolf Lodge is amazing! The floor plan is ideal for a large family group. Everyone had private space but still felt cozy in the open living/dining/kitchen. Two of the bedrooms had walk throughs to other areas which is a bit odd, but no problem for us. The movie theater was amazing!! Especially for our winter trip... AND we were there on Super Bowl Sunday which was cool! If I could improve one thing, it would be the mattresses. Most are older, sagging and/or squeaky, otherwise this was a 5-star experience!!!

We recently stayed and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful and well-kept. Very comfortably sleeps several adults/couples with multiple full baths and plenty of space. Even though we stayed in the winter, we really enjoyed the outdoor space (hot tub especially) and the fenced in area which was great for our dogs. The hosts are extremely responsive. Would absolutely stay again!

Even though we stayed in the winter, we really enjoyed the outdoor space (hot tub especially) and the fenced in area which was great for our dogs. The hosts are extremely responsive. So many bedrooms and bathrooms, this can easily house two families, maybe even three depending on how close you are. There is a bedroom on the first floor for those with mobility issues that do not want to climb up or down the stairs. There is a private bedroom in the basement, as well as an entire separate unit (with kitchenette) in the back on the second floor, for those that want to separate themselves from the main space. The theater room is great, instructions were easy to follow to turn everything on and off. The outdoor space looked really nice (we only used the grill; couldn't sit around b/c it was snowing). Kitchen was well-equipped in terms of appliances and utensils. Give your plates/utensils a rinse before using, though, as we found that mugs and bowls had some dirt or dust. Basic spices and such are available. Huge fridge and freezer. Fireplace was really great to use. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed watching our beloved ND football team on the large projection tv in the super fun media room! Stayed with 8 adults and two toddlers for the weekend and the house was perfect. It was a few minute walk to a great park for the toddlers and really close to the town/beach. The process for checking in and communicating was so quick and easy and the outdoor space was great! We are already talking about when we can come back!
