Our stay at this property was terrific. There is plenty of space both inside this extremely nice beach home and there are seemingly endless decks to enjoy the outdoors. You cannot get much closer to the beach without actually being on it. Caryn was very responsive with any questions we had.

The property was absolutely beautiful and in very close proximity to the beach. It was a perfect family vacation! The owners were very easy to work with.

Air conditioning on the upper level was not working when we arrived. This level has 3 bedrooms and a sitting area. Contacted owner and they sent repair man late in the afternoon. The problem was a freon leak which could not be repaired properly. The next 2 days were spent without air conditioning until the owner had small individual units installed in the bedrooms. Owner schedueled replacement of the broken unit on our last full day we were there even though we asked for the replacement to occur after we were gone. This was very intrusive since the 3 repair men were there for almost 5 hours and detracted from our enjoyment of the house. At first, owner offered to discount our stay and then reneged because she said she spent too much money on trying to repair her units. Because the owner did not accommodate us even though she said she would, we would not recommend this property. Since there is always a possibility of a similar issue, and the owner did not fulfill what she said she would do, I can't recommend renting this property.
