Can’t wait to return. I’m in town often and love the location of this property as well as the clean and upscale interior. Loved walking on the very close by beach and within the neighborhood. Property managers were great communicators, too. A lovely spot!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The cottage was very clean, with luxe decor & the hosts had thoughtful touches such as snacks & beverages as well as beach chairs & an umbrella available for use. We took advantage of the short walk to the beach with several walks & some beach time. We hope to return to this cute cottage next time we are in the area!

The cottage was lovely! Even better in person than in pictures! The host provided many extras that spoke of her thoughtfulness and care for guests. Everything was spotless. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and it was a joy to sit at the beach listening to and watching the waves! It was also pleasant to sit on the deck outside of the cottage, enjoying the breeze and sounds of nature. It is a very peaceful place to stay, and is highly recommended! Perfect location for Ponte Vedra Concert Hall; for peace and quiet; grocery; vegan-choice restaurant. Perfect for comfort. Perfectly clean. Perfectly stocked kitchen items. Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this seaside guest house in Ponte Vedra, and I must say it was an amazing experience. The location of the house is everything - just steps from the beach with a private access and perfectly placed in this lovely community. Quite possibly the most wonderful spring break and beach experiences to-date. The house itself was ideal for our family. The space is very well designed, with a beautiful and modern interior. The amenities provided were top-shelf, with everything one could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house was immaculately clean, and the owners were friendly and welcoming, making us all feel right at home. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are very responsive and friendly. The beach is just across the street, about a 2 minute walk, through private access. The unit was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with kitchen equipment and supplies, nice toiletries, plenty of towels and linens — everything we needed and more. Fantastic property! You couldn’t ask for more; everything you need and think you might need is there for you! The apartment is spacious and beautiful and you are right across the street from the beach. What more could you want? This is our second time to stay in just a couple of months. Until next time……

My husband and I came down for a quick getaway to visit my sister and her family. This wonderful gem was just perfect! It is within walking distance to my sister’s, it is beautiful, quiet and private. Everything you could want or need is provided for you. There is a private beach access across the street and if there is anything you need the host are always available for help or recommendations. We truly enjoyed our stay there and have already booked a return visit!

Absolutely loved this rental. It is just as pictured and more. Very comfy bed. Big shower. Tastefully appointed. Huge supply of snacks, bottled water and paper goods. Q-tips and makeup pads. Variety of pots , pans, appliances. Very clean. Love the plantation shutters and beach supplies. I will be back gladly.

So impressed with how clean this property was! I have never stayed anywhere that was so clean they got every detail down. Everything was well stocked and we didn’t have to get ent necessities like paper towels, toiletries etc. would highly recommend anyone who is visiting the area to stay here!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Gronberg’s property!! So many wonderful things about our experience…the communication from beginning to end, the beautiful neighborhood just a short stroll to the gorgeous private beach, the proximity to St. Augustine - one of our favorite go-to’s- and how beautifully appointed their place was. I am a certified, professional home stager and interior stylist and absolutely loved everything about their place!!! So well done! All of the essentials needed were there (and then some!) and the check-in and check-out process was super easy! We will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you Rachel and Stephan!

The house was beautiful! A quick three minute walk to a beautiful, quiet beach. Close to many different places for a quick day trip or just to pick up something. Lots of good places to eat. The homeowners did a great job communicating directions, places to go around town, and information about the trip. 5 out of 5 for sure!!!

The hosts are so sweet and thoughtful. We really were surprised at how well stocked the place was, from an abundance of towels to snacks and drinks in the fridge. We truly felt welcomed. I highly recommend staying here!
