Everything was wonderful. There was water in living room next to sliding glass door after yesterday’s storm (Friday). Storm was so bad they cancelled last 2 races at Oaklawn. Rained so hard you couldn’t see across bay. Thought you should know about water. Otherwise lovely condo, great location. We had a great time. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Great location with easy access to local activities. Comfortable beds and linens. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful sunset view. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The unit is at ground level on a hill, so there are units above and below this one. Parking is on a significant grade toward the unit, but didn't bother us. Neither sliding door had an operable screen door. The beds were not very comfortable. With that said, we'd stay again for a night or 2, possibly more with corrections made to the above issues. The location and view are worth a return trip.

This condo was perfect for our weekend stay. We could launch our kayak from the private covered docks. Short drive to downtown tourist attractions. The condo had everything we needed.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient
We really enjoyed spending time with our daughter and her husband during the Memorial Day weekend. After enjoying the local activities we hung out watching movies comfortably in the living room and enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony each morning.

Condo perfectly located on lake Hamilton (great lake view from deck) with easy access to all of the restaurants and Oaklawn horse race track & casino. Gated community for safety!

Perfect for our stay!
We came back not town for a volleyball tournament and wanted something in a nice area. This property was in a gate condo complex on the lake. The condo was nice and the furnishings were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Great Condo
The place was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was perfect for us to unwind and relax after a busy Christmas holiday. It was a short drive to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Communication with the host was great. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo.

Beautiful sunset view on the lake
Pictures are spot on with this unit. We love to travel with our boat and loved the proximity of the dedicated boat slip just a few feet from our door. For those bringing your own boat, there is no boat ramp access close by and you have to park your trailer off site out of the gates area but walking distance. We stopped and purchased a trailer lock for security while parked. Great views!

Perfect size for 4 of us. Great location. Close to town and right on the water. Very close to the boat slip and has trailer parking, which seems to be uncommon! Will definitely be back!

Nice Stay
The property was exactly as advertised. Clean and well maintained. The boat slip was included and nice it was right outside condo. The condo is on the ground floor, which was very nice. Overall, and very good experience and would stay again.
