Very modern nice place right downtown. Ground floor. Big dining room table for 6 and a nice little desk area, good for doing some remote work.

One of the best places ever- excellent location, thoughtful amenities and the property was even better than the pictures!

Clean, tastefully decorated, and an amazing location. Jane was easy to communicate with, we enjoyed our stay!

WoW! This property is exactly like the photo! Very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The 3 bedrooms have a generous supply of storage units for clothing; even provided plenty of hangers! The 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer were a Big help since we walked the sandy Sleeping Bear Dunes. The condo is only 5-10 minutes walking distance to downtown Traverse, awesome coffee shops and breakfast places that also include additional spacious outdoor seating. Our condo Hostess, Jane was "the Best"! Jane was readily available & accommodating for any questions. Thank you Jane for the big screen smart tv; it provided great end of day family movie time together. This condo will definitely be our go to spot when we return to Traverse City for a family trip!

Stayed here for a weekend in late Spring for a destination ultra marathon race with friends. The property was excellent, well maintained, and the host is very sweet and communicative. Being within walking distance of all our favorite places was super helpful especially after the race when walking was tough. Everyone had their own separate rooms, bathrooms were gorgeous, and walking downtown was a breeze. Loved our stay!
