Hot tub heaven was fabulous - lots of room for my family - everyone had their own cute, clean, well-appointed room and bathroom which was amazing. We walked to the Gulch in 5 mins to Broadway in about 20 mins. The host was helpful and responsive about any questions and making sure we were set. Check in and out was easy. Loved the decor, cleanliness and amenities of this home- definitely one of the best places we've ever booked !

The check in process was very easy and the agent was extremely helpful. The place was amazing and the hospitality for my wife's birthday was above and beyond. We loved our time staying here and hope we can come stay again!

Amazing trip to Nashville at this wonderful property. Beautiful home fully equipped with everything you could need. Impeccably clean and the staff is very helpful and responsive to any questions. Location was perfect- just a quick Uber ride to downtown. Loved the rooftop views in the evening and more than enough room for our family of 6. Will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the Stay Minty property! The kitchen was fantastic and allowed us to hire a private chef to come in and cook a 5 course meal for my wife’s 40th Birthday. The rooms were all perfect, the beds comfortable and the hot tub was perfect. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks and Stay Minty!

We came here with our four kids and two of their significant others for the Auburn bowl game. The game was a massive letdown but the place was awesome! It is a great location with tons of space. The kitchen was fully stocked and huge. Street parking was super easy and the hot tub was great! We will definitely stay here again.

We have an excellent stay at "Rooftop Hottub". Location was within walking distance of everything. Listing was very accurate and condo was perfect for our stay with plenty of room and a great outdoor area on the rooftop! Can't wait to return!

We loved the location! This rental is great for large groups, tons of space and bathrooms. We loved the hot tub on the roof. Check in was easy and communication with the property mangers was awesome.

Overall the property was a good choice. Floors could use a good washing. Walked on them without shoes and socks were dirty.

This property was perfect for our group! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was well maintained and very clean. And the location to Broadway was a quick Uber drive.

Pros: We had a birthday and anniversary, and the property manager put up a balloon arch and left a card which was very thoughtful. The location is great, just a short inexpensive Uber ride to anywhere you want to go. Unit is spacious and provided privacy for guests. The living room couch and kitchen area were great for our group, especially since we had colder weather and didn't utilize the rooftop. Most of the beds were comfortable except for the upper king. Lots of coffee was provided in the kitchen. Cons: Everything Kevin C commented on his Oct 2023 stay. Also, the walls are thin, and neighbors can be easily heard at night. The unit could use more towels, especially if you are using the hot tub. The only spices provided are salt and pepper. There are no condiments in the refrigerator or supplies like tin foil, saran wrap, pens, paper, or scissors for guest use. Tips: The property provides a starter kit of items. If staying for more than a few days, you will need dishwasher & laundry tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property manager did reach out regarding our concerns. We also, left an item in the unit, and they returned it to us.

We had a group of 8 and it was a good property for us. Walkable to the gulch and a 7 min drive to downtown. There are a lot of stairs and the main living area is on the second floor. Unit was well equipped. There were only 3 issues - 1.floors and rug in living room were dirty. The bottom of everyone’s socks were filthy after walking around. 2. King bed on 3rd floor is horrible. Hard as a rock and the metal bed frame squeaks every time you move. Luckily, we had an extra bedroom. 3. Wi-Fi/internet was a bit slow.

Great stay! Home was clean and in a good location. The home was also stocked with all kitchen utensils and appliances. There was nothing we needed to go get which is so nice when your on vacation. We loved the rooftop deck with hot tub and chairs. Also it’s Walkable to the gulch, and other areas less than 15 minutes— otherwise we just took scooters and Ubers. So fun! Thanks for a great stay!

We held our fantasy football draft here and had a blast. Hosts are very responsive and the place is ran by professionals. I would suggest this location to any large group of people visiting Nashville. Probably not the best for families but great for what it’s advertised for!

Totally a 5 star place. Very clean, smelled great, mostly seamless. Close to downtown. Hot tub, video game, wireless and fireplace all great. Reasonably well-appointed kitchen in terms of utensils and cookware.... and LOTS of extra cabinet space... nice kerig unit with coffee included... salt, pepper and oil... Would have given it above 4.5 stars... it just wasn't perfect. I only have two complaints... 1, the dishwasher and didn't work and it seemed obvious it didn't work when we got there. They did send a maintenance guy to look at it who concluded that the board was toast and there was nothing he could do... when we left it was still not working. Also the hood above the stove didn't work. minor problem as the room is so big and the floor to ceiling windows slide open (amazing). 2nd problem .... me, I'm a boomer. I was never able to get someone on the phone to talk. Whether it was the dishwasher not working or some problems we had initially with booking it was all email or text... Problems were responded to and addressed.. but not as simply and as quickly as they could have been with a phone call. Would I go back? Hell yeah, call me Minty! Can I give them 5 full stars..... not quite yet.

It is pretty obvious that no one has ever actually lived in this home. There is barely anything in the cupboards, nothing but the very basic kitchen supplies, and -- strangely -- no hooks anywhere in any bathroom for towels. That said, the house is a good "home base" for exploring Nashville, since it's a short Uber ride from everywhere. Be aware, walking from here to most places is not recommended, since you have to go through some sketchy areas. The house is on a weird dead-end so you'll likely think you're in the wrong place upon first arriving. Also -- Stay Minty is serious when they say they only provide the bare minimum of essentials. There was not one box of tissues in the house and minimal paper towels and TP. Finally, the management is run through some kind of corporate entity with a local representative. Response times to questions/concerns were pretty slow as a result. But they did respond.

Amazing stay, highly recommend. Perfect spot, great house for larger group. Communication with host was easy and quick. Easy to get to anywhere with very quick Uber aspect. Will definitely stay again!

We loved the place- it gave us a great place to relax, but was close enough to Broadway and Vanderbilt (we were in for the game), that getting around was a breeze. Highly recommend!

The property was amazing - it exceeded our expectations! It has 5 bedrooms- 4 baths! When we arrived there was a nice welcoming balloons and a congratulations arch - which was so cute! The property was pretty clean- we only had one issue with the bedding and they responded right away and fixed the problem within minutes! I would recommend this property and I would gladly stay here again. We walked to the Gulch - 5min walk and we walked to downtown one time prob a 20min walk - we enjoyed it.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was nice and quiet. It was even walkable to bars/restaurants. The space was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely consider it again.
