Very clean and exceptionally well provisioned unit makes for a great place to stay. We enjoyed staying here and benefited from not having to buy any supplies -everything was already there. Location is immediately behind Albertsons and espresso hut/drive through. McDonalds and Starbucks and Taco Bell, as well as a couple of gas stations, make this a super convenient location at the exit from I-90 on the way to the Paradise Valley/Chico Hot Springs/Gardiner and Yellowstone National Park. Downtown Livingston is as close as can be. The unit is new, has three bedrooms and a balcony on the second floor of a three floor building. We found it to be quiet and pleasant and relaxing - a perfect retreat in an action-packed recreational area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location of the VRBO was amazing, close to the small town of Livingston and the interstate making it easy to get other places. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Great 3 bedroom property in Livingston, MT. Super clean and well furnished. Natural light and space were congruent with the natural surroundings. We were in for a wedding and this was perfect lodging for two couples. Hosts were welcoming and check in instructions were clear and easy. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was wonderful. It was super clean and organized. The owners had little touches everywhere, We loved the new with the antiques. It was super cozy and a great home base. We visited Livingston, hiked in Paradise Valley, soaked in the hot springs at Chico and visited the Grizzly Bear santuary.

Just a short drive to downtown shops, restaurants, breweries. The condo was very clean & well appointed. Gift package on arrival with popcorn, tokens to a local brewery and a bottle of wine! Communication with the owners was always quick. This is an ideal place to stay when you're visiting Big Sky!!

This was the perfect spot for my friends and I to land for a 4oth birthday weekend. Great location from downtown Livingston and Chico. We were very happy with the open floor plan and all of the space we had. The condo was full of everything we needed to have an amazing weekend - highly recommend!

The four of us used this property as a base for fishing and sightseeing in Yellowstone and the surrounding area. It was perfect for what we needed. And we were all pleasantly surprised at the many places with great food. Thank you for a great getaway! Brad

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The condo was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Truly, surprised by how clean it was! We had a lock issue, but it was resolved in a timely manner. Kitchen had everything you would need except a pizza pan. Most places don't include toilet paper, soaps, etc, but this place did. We would definitely stay in this condo again if we were going through Montana again :)

Moved my daughter to MSU-Bozeman. This 2nd floor condo has all the things you need and was clean. Manager was very responsive and helped when we couldn’t get in. There’s some building going on but it happened during normal business hours. Overall very nice place to stay.
