One would think that if a condo is promoted as being at Jimmy Buffet's resort, you'd be able to access the pools and ammeneties that they have. This is not the case with this condo. It is very clean but a disappointment that we needed to go off site to sit by a pool. It wasn't even a possibility to pay a daily rate to use the pool (which I would have gladly done).

This house was perfect for 6 of my family. Everyone had a place to sleep.and having two baths upstairs made it super easy with teenagers. This house is exactly the way it looks in pics. I highly recommend this place of you are looking for something close to all the orlando amusement parks. Amazing stay!!!

Overall great home, very clean and comfortable. Just a bit disappointed we didn't have access to the Margaritaville amenities and it wasn't made more clear that we did not have access. A "special situation" came about on the second day where half the family came down with the flu. In addition to this, a tropical storm would prevent my family from safely driving back home. The company honestly handled this situation with very little empathy and quite frankly awful customer service. Understandably, they wouldn't allow us to extend our stay in the original house as people booked it after us. We then asked if we could simply move houses where the manager misquoted us by $200. We then asked for early check in as the tropical storm was happening the day we had to move houses and they took forever to get back to us, finally we were additionally charged $50 to check in 2 hours early. Again these things are understandable but they show a lack of concern and empathy and demonstrate awful customer service. The properties are great but please book with the intention that if you happen to have a unique incident, you are basically screwed.

Very clean, beautiful cottage to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked with smallwares. Beds were comfortable (not too firm and not too soft) King, Queen & full size, and one twin. Would highly recommend it. Just know you do not have access to the Margarita Resort Amenities, you can pay an additional fee to the resort if you want to use them. I don't know what the rate is as I didn't have time to use them.

The Disney resort didn't have availability for more affordable rooms, so we decided to try Margaritaville Cottages. It's great. Very close to the parks and located in an area of Kissimmee that has plenty of restaurants along with the best Super Target we've been to. Definitely worth a stay.

It provided all of the comforts of home away from home and we really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I could suggest is that I would have loved a desk area to work from while I stayed there since my vacation was a work vacation and I needed a space to set up my laptop, camera, and work equipment. I used the kitchen table and made it work, but a desk in one of the rooms would have been nice.

The one and only bad experience we had was waiting outside the villa for 1 hour and 40 minutes before maintenance arrived to figure out why the code did not work. Even when he arrived it was another hour before our situation was resolved. It was good to have guests across the street from us that tried to help by offering us water, chairs, even icecream.
