The accommodations were as described. Overall clean condo with no issues during our stay. The door to the balcony in the bedroom with two doubles does not open easily, not a huge deal, but worth noting. The parking situation is not wonderful, this condo comes with a pass for the main parking lot and a pass for offsite parking. A 3 bedroom condo, may have 3 families at times, and so that makes it difficult to take 3 cars. We did not realize that the offsite parking was across the street behind the businesses there. We stayed during July 4th week and noticed that the main parking lot was not full, and some cars were not following the parking rules (either had offsite pass or no pass at all) It would be appreciated for the parking situation to be enforced as it didn't seem like it was very well. It's frustrating to follow the rules and park in offsite parking and see many other cars not following those rules. Other than the parking situation we had no other issues, easy beach access and pools (inside and outside) were nice.

This property is absolutely beautiful with everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect for kids with easy access to beach, indoor and outdoor pool.

This was a beautiful condo and was exactly like the photos however I was completely surprised that an issue with one of the outside doors was not fixed after I read reviews stating the same problem we had. The door was extremely hard to lock and when it finally was locked it only took a slight touch by one of the kids to come open. We finally settled for a chair in front of the door to block access. I tried to call to report the problem but was on hold for too long and just hung up. I will take reviews more seriously now for sure! Another surprise was parking. If I had known only 2 cars could park anywhere close to the facility I would not have booked. Although we had a couple of issues, the beach and pool areas were beautiful and we enjoyed our get away.

The condo was lovely and bright. We loved the open layout. The view and sounds from The Gulf made it fantastic. Would love to stay again.

We've taken multiple trips to the area and stayed in different condos each time. This is by far the nicest! The space is HUGE and the view is beautiful. The space will easily accommodate a large family or group. It is very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Enjoyed dinners nearby at the Jellyfish, Shrimp Basket and Sunset Grille and a delicious breakfast at Perdido Key Breakfast Club. Highly recommend!

The listing says "3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms" ; however, there are 3 full bathrooms then a sink in the 3rd bedroom which to me does not at all constitute a half bath. I had booked the unit based on the information given so I was not happy about that with 3 adults (grandmother and two mothers) and 5 children under the age of 9. The reason this unit was not good for very young children (we had a 2, 3, 5. 5 and 9 year old) is that there is no bolt to the exterior doors. From inside the condo, one had to merely turn the door knob to open the door, which the 2 year old did so we had to put a chair in front of both of the doors to the hallway outside- disconcerting. The blinds are light filtering so the bedrooms were very bright in the mornings and it made it a challenge for naptime for the younger two children. The unit is very nicely decorated but with many breakable decorative objects so we moved some of them up on shelves out of reach of little hands. The unit is better suited for adults.

We had a wonderful stay , very roomy and clean! We will be staying here again !
