Great place to say. The host was available on call and did not get irritated at all by my enquiries.

No wifi, internet access or cable tv was available so had to make my own arrangements for content on the TV.

location is premium, nice view from the room car park very convienent

provide only towels for 1 pax even when you book for 2 no aircondition, room is 60m2 ad not 90m2 as announced only one bathroom, they announced 2, no safe, no washing machine staff is asking for tips money

The location was optimal. Easy to reach and access. Very good shopping possibilities. Very modern flats.

It was very difficult to access the flat. The fridge was not working. Poor assistance from the Management. We had to move to another flat in Eros. The flat in eros was acceptable.

Just the area new by town.

Bad management, the apartment is not being taking care off. Couches dirty. Missing toilet seat cover, towels white, with marks all over.

Location. Layout, bedroom on mezzanine level, but not suitable for disabled travellers … but this group also has studios which I understand are in just one level. Easy parking once you figure out how to get in … instructions for where and how to park are poor - it needs initiative or you’ll get lost. Handy for Independence Ave, the Main Street in Windhoek. Right next door to the Hilton hotel

Security staff are quite surely and unfriendly. Had to get tough with Management about things missing when I arrived … said they could t make up deficiencies until the next day until I got very tough with them. Very ooor, unresponsive Management, which is a shame because they basically have a good product: on the whole a nicer apartment than some of the slightly aged-looking equivalents at 77 Independence Ave.
